Very nice. I practice an art not so different than Aikido in some respects; that technique has always troubled me. When I do it, I am always afraid that I'm going to break my partner's wrist. Methinks there is a sublty that I am missing. Peace!

Nice vid, sensei, keeping your center. I didn't acknowledge "thanksgiving" either, except I went out and bought " Bury my Heart at Wounded Knee " for my daughter. It should be required reading for all high schoolers, but sadly, it is not. I think we as Americans need to learn much more about native american history, the original people of this land.
