  • i have a sony video 8 that hasnt been used for uver 12 years and it seems to work fine but it tuens off randomly at sertion periods of time. Any advice?

    Going to need to change all the electrolytic capacitor, the earlier all black Sony's are known for using a bad batch of electrolytic capacitor's. Plus it was sitting for 12 years electrolytic go bad after two years of sitting and not being turn on, that why you sure always power it on and run it for at least a few minutes, every 6 months any electronic device.
