This seems to be a lot more tedious than how I do it. mixing in the old container seems really difficult. All I did was dump the broken bits into a bowl, put the rubbing alcohol in the bowl as well and mixed with the other end of a spoon until there were no lumps. Then I poured it back into the old container. you don't have to flatten it out with a pin because it pours in like liquid. The way I do it, you have to let it dry overnight, but it seems less tedious. Good video though!

@Allikatanne don't you have to use a LOT more alcohol that way? My substance is not really liquid, more like mud.
Maybe I'll try your suggestion some times soon, I have a broken eyeshadow... will film it when I do!
