  • they do suck

  • hi i work there.. sometimes is cool, but sometimes is really hard to help the customers... the most important is please ALWAYS CALL FROM THE HOME PHONE! please always call when you have the phone with you... and please make sure that you know how to use your own phone, at least how to turn the phone off and back on

  • I have been using Straighttalk for 23 months and I have never had any problems with the service or the equipment.

  • No company is 100% perfect but I've not had 1 issue in over a year with Straight Talk. I'm just saying.

  • i had straightalk for about 4 days last month and i started swearing at custoer service cuz i was so pissed it SUCKS i know a couple people who have it and one broke his phone and changed carriers an the other is about to kill someone ughh

  • moron lol

  • well what i hate when you call them is they speak jibberish... humans from other countries who speak as they have a turd in the mouth,,, thats what sucks

  • mine works perfectly... i use it on an iphone 4 and everythings awesome... unlimited talk text and internet for 45 bucks... cant beat that deal

  • I have non clue what is with Straight talk service either... mine actually activated pretty quickly (30 min) and has worked since then but every morning around 8 AM If i catch my phone at the right minute it will tell me that I have 365 days of service left (which i dont mind) but it will tell me that is is December 31st 2010 and that it is 12:00 AM.... no clue ...

  • straight talk is with verizon straight talk rocks good coverage

  • You could have got a lot done in 3:18 you were vlogging and that time you were uploading etc etc...:D just saying since the sun was going down and it was going to rain lol

  • I've had ST's service for a couple years now, and never a problem. P.S. in my experience with both their CDMA (verizon network models), and their GSM (AT&T models), GSM rules hands down! With the cdma models, I constantly get an annoying echo, and HORRIBLE battery life. With GSM att models, great battery life, and awesome call quality! Currently have the Motorola w418g. P.S. Sprint's service is horrible!

  • @VideoGuyNC Thanks for your comments and info.

  • i had the same problem with my samsung t528g and threw it on the ground and they sent me another one and it broke so now i am with my iphone 2g fuckin straight talk

  • I love Straight Talk. I have had no problems what so ever. Perhaps you should try some anti-depressants or start drinking heavily, lol.

  • wow,wow..and wow..im amazed,and u made me laff,this was the best entertainment ive had alll night..you need to be a comedian,wow..was funny..tho i hope ull realize anything cheap,usually has a reason..ie..via custemer service in indi offereing you a free slushy mr.simpson,lol..anywayz,was funny..smilz,its dec 30th,2011

  • Get Verizon. I had it for 3 years and never had a problem. It's fast and i get service pretty much everywhere.

  • Well that sucks for you buddy. I have been using the Nokia E71 on straight talk for almost a year now and have had no promblem with the service.

  • i never had this problem with straight talk lol mine been goin perfectly

  • @TheOsamaBLaden1 Glad to hear it. I hope you don't any problems.

  • i love there service

  • virgin mobile is atleast better than metro piece of shit .(metro pcs ) .. as far as straight talk . they supper suckkkk .!! worst piece of shit company ,..number change takes from -2 to 24hr s. lol wtf .. and at the end . they slap u with this " oh were u aware that u need a new sim for a number change .. " wtf .. all that waiting for that ..

  • This guy cracks me up. So bent out of shape over a cell phone. Oh and when he said "how am I supposed to call them". Well, nemrod, use your land line. Reminds me of times when I was working at walmart.

  • Lol, so this is what YouTube is used for nowadays.....

  • You got so mad you started sweating.

  • I use Straight Talk and it doesn't suck

  • honestly, you cannot blame a hole company for a technical error that does not happen on a regular basis. the one rep should also not change your view on a particular company as well.. I mean other then that one fatal error has the service been horrible to you?

  • sprint sucks the big one. Why are you switching a good phone to a shit phone? the first phone is a lot better then the other.

  • Dude, I've been with StraightTalk for damn near a year now, and I don't have many complaints. I have great service (in fucking ALABAMA), I've been late on refilling my account and have never had a problem refilling it, and it's absolutely satisfying so long as you know what your phone is capable of (I don't have the Blackberry or Android [thinking about getting the Blackberry though] so I know I can't watch videos or anything). Just chill man. Your phone just...I don't know. But chill!

  • THEY SURE DO! They don't train them bitches for shit! People have NO IDEA what its like with these people if u do have a problem! One time, my phone just STOPPED working, IDK it said something crazy, the lady says theres a tower down...so Im like it took u 30 mins to figue that out? I just happen to have 2 phones w/ them, so I turned the other one one..NOW, Y the hell did the tower work for that one? Because once they try there basics things and NONE of them work, they make up something!

  • @ryansbaby79 its called a coincidence, if you woulda turned your other phone on, it would have worked.

  • Did you contact the better business bureau they file a complaint against straight talk.

  • I love my straight talk(which I use the E71 sim card in my Galaxy S2). It runs on att towers so I don't see any difference in quality service between att and straight talk. I even get hspa+(3.5 or 4G whatever) speeds and everything!! For 45 bucks a month, there's nothing more I could ask for.

  • grow up dude seriously!

  • Am I the only person who laugh their asses off at this?!? Bahahahah

  • I used straight talk, you can't beat their 45$ a month unlimited everything. Forget Virgin, they want to lock you in a contract lol. I stopped using straight talk, because I cant afford it, so I switched to tracfone since I don't really do much calling on my cell, just when I need to.

  • BTW....

AVOID THE $100 SAMSUNG T528G AT ALL COST!!!

2 out of 5 stars!!! 1) Randomly shuts down/reboots 5-10 times per week ever since it was activated May 2011! 2) Samsung.com support has not provided a "shutdown" solution 8 months & counting. 3) There are no apps & no program offerings to date for saving names/addresses on your desktop/laptop. 4) No calibration feature for the finicky touchscreen.

Avoid the T528G until Samsung offers a PATCH, FIX or discontinues it!!!

  • I dunno why that would happen but I do think you over reacted... not to be rude or nothing at all. But, I understand how aggravating it can be to be without service you'd paid for... but if this was the first issue with ST then I dunno... I don't think I'd trip out. The company is ran by human beings so their bound to make mistakes.

  • Straight Talks rocks!!!!! 14 months and no issues at all....Wahoo!

  • Dude... chill... you can still use payphones to call support... better yet, email them

  • straight talk rocks!!! I haven't had any trouble with them for a year and it's cheap. I love it.

  • LOL HA HA THIS GUY IS SOO FUCKIN FUNNY!! LOL LMFAO

  • You got the cheap ass phones that's why they don't work! i have straight talk with the Samsung SGH-T528G and it works great!

  • ok he said that he has been trying for five day but yet he tells the girl it stopped last night them she fixes it W.t.f. however I don't like that st says unlimited but them threaten to cut you off for over limit on data use ...what happened to unlimited?

  • yeah he say dont do business with straight talk but is he still with them

  • It all depends where you are located., and which phone you have.

My ST phone runs on TRACFONE.. the newer 3-4 G's run on SPRINT..

if you don't have the network then don't buy the phone that OPERATES on those networks.

I love my ST phone those are fighting words

  • DO NOT TRY VIRGIN MOBILE. IT FUCKING SUCKS I WANA KILL MYSELF!

  • @bannedfromsociety Why do they suck?

  • Virgin Mobiles customer service is SHIT.

  • @sappynova HORRIBLE service, something ALWAYS goes wrong, and i have to call the service i cant ever understand them they speak chinese!

  • @sappynova I was a virgin mobile customer for several years until I finally had enough of their BS. Their customer service reps have lied to me constantly, they pestered me when I stopped using the phone. and overall their unlimited data never worked for me, even when I had full coverage. When I discovered that a plethora of other people were having the same issues, thats when I said no more. Their newer phones are tempting, but seeing that Virgin Mobile icon completely drives me away from them.

  • @bannedfromsociety virgin mobile is good calm down

  • After watching your video, I went and got me a Straight Talk phone!! lol

  • Oh well. This is the modern America we live in. My friend always asks me "WHY ARE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD SO GODDAMN STUPID!!"

  • @GENIO813 And you seem to have nothing better to do than to watch a video that you obviously see as a waste of your precious time, and then to take more time to leave stupid comments in ALL CAPS. Perhaps you need to grow up..

  • virgin mobile fails so bad there plans and phone rule but the service sucks monkey balls no signal hardly anywhere and you think you cant understand stright talk CS try virgin mobiles

  • @CountryBoy425 I almost went with Virgin Mobile. I also almost went with Metro PCS, but they seem to have the worst coverage of them all.

  • @CountryBoy425 they do not suck, i think you expect too much from them

  • I agree their internet is slow and I cannot understand their thick accent. I had them almost 3 years and I went to TMobile plan with 4g internet, its super fast and their customer service is awesome. Who did you end up going with?

  • @crazaysara86 Actually, I stayed with them. The price was too good. And since I haven't had to deal with CS lately, the service (mine is on Verizon's network) is excellent.

  • clearly overreacting.

  • 2 - If you have an attitude like you have in this video with a customer service rep, the will be WAY less willing to help you. It is not THAT persons fault that your phone stopped working. If you would just calmly explain yourself and ask for help, they will be more willing to help. There is nothing worse than a customer that acts like you to someone that did not cause the problem.

  • @ghosthelpvt Oh I was more than nice, for 5 days. I've worked customer service myself in the past. I've been on the other end of the phone. And even as I got the most angry during this situation, I was never "that" customer. I kept my cool. On the video to you guys, I got the opportunity to let it all out since I hadn't on the phone. Why don't you pay attention before you accuse me of doing something that I didn't.

  • 1 - You get what you pay for. All of the MVNO's (Straight Talk, Virgin, Boost) use another carriers network and have higher failure rates with less customer service. Less cost = less service. Belly up and go with AT&T or Verizon who are known for having the best and most advanced services. It may cost a bit more, but you get the customer service and WAY less headaches.

  • i switched my number and i was surprised it happend so fast there costumer service is ok

  • @richhlhs You're lucky... probably got the only rep who knows what they are doing.

  • how long did it take for them to transfer your number from one phone to the another?

  • lol indian accent

  • I would be mad to, lol

  • @MrRepzion I've never seen such incompetence. I wish for you never to have to deal with a company like that!

  • @sappynova hi! did you transfer the old phone number to your new phone?

  • @francisverano Yeah, finally... after 5 days of BS. Apparently it's a big deal going from GSM with a SIM card to CDMA with an ESN. Makes no sense.
