  • Yes, you can use bigger needles, but it may not be the same effect.

    RE: KTBL....my friend showed me how to knit. I knitted like that for at least two years before Jacey Boggs pointed out I was knitting incorrectly. Now I knit the right way, although with nubby textured yarn my knitting faux pas doesn't show in the finished product...which is one of my favorite scarves to wear!

  • hey just a question doing this yarn over twice thing is about the same as using the double sized needle, yes?

    the effect is the same as a larger needle

  • Thanks! I took one short knitting lesson, and that's how I ended up doing things. I'm not an expert, just having fun ;)

  • Nice Video, do you always knit tbl (through the back loop) or just for the drop stitch? Because that would twist your knit stiches.
