I like 'clench' my muscles. Can be back muscles, arm muscles, face muscles. At the moment it's back and left eye but it keeps changing from one thing to another. I notice it and can not do it if I pay attention but will keep doing it.

my head twitches a little bit, it's not noticible (i don't think) but to me it is.
