Wow is old... all the new content is the same old thing with a new skin... Wow is conceptually deceased. No matter how many more expansions Blizzard cooks up, it's all just going to be a different shade of grey unless they take a radical change of course in how the game operates. I still love WoW PvP and I'll continue to play it for that aspect of the game.
WAR offers an entirely new dynamic to the MMO world for gamers. I'm greatly looking forward to the release of WAR. I'll be at EB games at midnight on release day just as I was for TBC. WAR is as different from WoW as WoW was from EQ. Certain things will of course be similar but its how the different games approach the content that determines the overall gameplay. Hope to see you all on the battlefield!

I'ts a copy of WoW... If you want to play a real life game then play Darkfall, in this game there are no safe zones you can make your own cities your own army... where there are no lvl advantge. Clan's will wage war the land are possbilly the larget of any MMO. you costimze your own char you get to make your own aromor and name it and design it and alot more!... type in Darkfall in the search bar and look at a vid or two.

It doesnt look interesting, at all, it's probably been waiting for WoW to get old to come out, just to put it in a bad state, but Blizzard will keep on coming up with new stuff, I mean, come on, out of 9 million players, alot have to be giving in new ideas to help devs and that develop new content. Hero classes, hairstyles... I heard alot of people wishing they had that -before- TBC release.

arthas is like the number one badass of WoW, after killing him, there won't be much players want to do anymore; people spend hours leveling on end and raiding for great gear and then they raise the cap even more and make greens overdo their epics.

mmo's can't have as good of graphics as say a game that only involves walking down a hallway and shooting things in a tiny linear world, theres simply too much content. Therefore they have to compensate by making the game cartoony and artsy because going for the realistic look makes the game look like crap in an mmo.

WAR is nothing like WOW.... WAR is based mostly on PvP, and you can gain EXP (grind) using PvP making it fun to Lvl... the different classes are DIFFERENT... theres 24 godamn classes unlike wow's 10 or so. Realm vs Realm is totally awesome and innovative. WoW is gone once this game comes out. Plus the graphics are just superb.
WoW brought a lot of things to the gaming world and opened a lot of new doors. But they just don't know how to come out with something new. Any new expansion will just be a new race, and instead of fighting an Elder Boar like in human land you will be fighting a Mottled Boar...something gay like that. I understand that it's hard to keep coming up with new monsters, but if WAR is doing it, then I think WoW could at least try...but then again Blizz is lazy
I personally do think that LotRO is a good game, but only if you have a good enough computer to max out the graphics and run smoothly, but the game truely is beautiful. I am fortunate enough to be updating my computer this weekend and am going to play it, because WoW is getting old!!

(cont) Besides, if you guys are smart at all, or you can read, then you would realize that this is EARLY ALPHA FOOTAGE!! That means that they have a long, long time to buff up this game to kick every other one's ass. Besides, this game looks just as good as WoW, and is going to play a hell of a whole lot better.

But what is great is Lord of the rings Online which beats the crap out of this horrible game, and Lotro is aleready out! Warhammer is supposed to be launched in 2008 right ? and probably like most other games the deadline for the launch will be pushed and pushed. So go see some of the other crappy movies from this game and judge the sounds and the fluffy effects yourself,, seemes like a "load" of fun :P /mute . Well all you whiners and retards have fun playing a game like this.

Well, I really dont play any MMO's anymore, simply because they are repetetive, addicting and most of the time quite boring. I used to play WOW, but not anymore. No more MMO for me :-P

true...WoW sucks badly.WAR is going to be way better for PvP and WoW = wasting 5 hours in dungeons or "hardcore PvPing" which is boring and takes no skill.
Oh and to hardcore PvP you need a premade to run old boring BGs over and over again or play hunter/warlock

i hope this game is diferent to WoW..wow is all about gear..there is no skill in the game at all..iv raided 40 mans with an 11 an 9 year old leading, the pvp in WoW has no skill in it either..its all about gear and who has more time to sit on there ass in dungeons for 6 hours every night of the week.
