Rubber cement does not stand up to time.. it yellows and will come unglued.. I'd use another glue that is acid free and lasts for a heirloom type album.
Yes, I used rubber cement because it does not warp or distorts the chipboard or paper. Mod Podge tends to cause warping when it dries. The rubber cement dries quickly and stick permanently!
