  • how often do you spray the cage with water?

  • dude, i love you. im getting a snake today. how old are you know ? lol

  • is this Exo-terra lian?

  • I like the remark at 6:48. "Hopefully he doesn't bite me. But, if he does, it will be good camera footage."

  • Comment removed

  • i wish the dude behind the camera would just shut up..

  • do you keep your heating bulb on at night time or u change it to night heat bulb?

  • Nice Video! i'm purchasing a JCP soon but i need to know if they need a heat pad and what size cage should i give to an adult?

  • If your going with a tank a minimum would be a 40 gallon breeder but if you have access to acrylic and pvcx cages then you won't really be able to decorate a whole lot but i use 4'x2'x12" (lxwxh) or 4x2x16" and my guys are around 7ft hope this helps and you enjoy your jcp.

  • @vinny4689

i defintly would go with heat from above...Morelia spilota cheynei ist most aboricol living sub-species of the Morelia Spilota´s...so they spend most of there time in trees...also they like to bask in the light...so a heatmat would make no sense

  • only normal ball pythons eyes r black,

i know cause i breed morphs,

maybe some have black but most r blue

    cool cage

  • Nice setup! But Carpet pythons do also need pretty much ground space.

  • not so much 4 jungles cause their 99% aboreal, but for a centralain or a coastal yeah floor space is important.

  • Oh, thanks, I though it neede more ground space, because I have a coastal carpet:)

    Thanks again

  • nice setup, im subbing for u, make some more vids man!!!

  • yea im from aussie and own 24 snakes and 7 of them are jungle carpets . the best way to tame them is: to:once baught leave in the cage for 6months but only hold at feeding time they are easier to tame when they are older

  • Is every JCP nippy? It seems that people always say they are but they seem like they can be well tempered.

  • hey buddy well done .

    the tank looks awsome

looks real attractive if u could call it that

    great job

  • ball pythons do have cat eyes u just cant see it grow up

  • it looks alot more "jungly"

    LOL FAIL.

  • nice vid iv also got a jungle python and its bitten me like 50 times

    hope we can talk sometime

p.s. chek out my snakes and my cages on my channel

  • your never on anymore!

    where have you gone?

    badtimes.

  • ahhaha so your brother thinks he knows at much as chris;)

knowone know's more than chris, hes class(Y)

make more vids about anything :) haahaha

but with no backround music, gets annoying haha

  • tell your bro to quit intruding. its your vid (: jk i got respect for both ya.

  • thanks for the help after i set up my new JCP tank, it seems very happy, thanks alot

  • can you give your snake defiltered water?

  • JCPs dont need high humidity. They thrive at percentages as low as 30%. Misting JCPs is a myth that isnt true. If you absolutly need more humidity depending on the local area you live in, let half of the water bowl settle on the UTH.

  • they are native to jungle habitats and your saying they dont need humidity? Yes they do need humidity in order to shed well. if you have that humidity level you will get eyecaps, and stubborn scales. Even at 50 percent the shed wont be in one peice (sign of a bad shed)

  • my jungle carpet python has never had a bad shed and he eats well, he does a complete shed every time and my humidity would be 25-30%.

  • you have a tough python, but that doesnt mean its easy for them to shed when its dry. Humidy moistens the skin making it easier to shed off, it can be painful especially around the eyes to shed with that low of humidity

  • @boorens18 there is no need to change bulbs for snakes but it is maybe a good idea if you were breeding to regulate the temps for day and night times and summer, winter times........but in all honesty these 2 kids arent really the people to be askin lmao cos they have no idea what they are talkin about.......for instance i keep birds in a cage not reptiles.......

  • @Jyla187 sorry posted to wrong person

  • dude, ur representin Enjoi? your just a kid tho? lol, scammers....

  • Where Do u put the Undertank Heater and what kind of light do u need for the top

  • Is a 4'tall, 2'long, and 2'deep cage big enough for a full grown jungle carpet python?

  • no Im afraid not, you need to atleast be 4long 4high 2 deep. you need more length minimum and thats for a 5-6 JCP if you have a larger sized one (especially if its female) you should at a bit more.

  • dude you suck

  • fuck you im a dragon

  • @Snakess4life if your a dragon than i'm the dragon slayer 13itch!!

and if they bite you they do to penetrate the skin......and believe me i have 3 of them. and there isnt one snake that has just one color of eye, they all have at least 2 colors....

  • I have room 4 a jcp adult cage and everything but my mom wont let me have 1 do u have any advice on talking her into it

  • tell her u will kill yourself if u dont get one

  • wat r the dimensions of the cage

  • dont b nervous with ur snake man. They can sense stuff like that, and a python his size really wouldnt do much to you but maybe make a bleed a bit. My 5 foot boa has bitten me b4 and here mouth is huge. That wasnt even really to bad i didnt even need stiches. If u really like snakes u gotta relize ur gonna get bit eventually.

  • at that age they penetrate the skin.

they have teeth like the green tree pythons some of the biggest for they're size.

  • Nice python sorry I thought you were someone els(-:

  • I have handled more big snakes than you can count you know what thats like rite oh no you don't you were to nervouse to handle them and I have had a ball python so don't say I don't have a snake and if you are going to call me a jackass don't hide behinde the computer)-:

  • OOO a ball python!! there REALLY vicious right!!

  • nooo

  • OMG you-well im a little nervus-me get over it pansie.

  • You dont even have a snake, so STFU jackass.

  • thats sweet

  • thx

  • you handle it every day? don't you think that's too much stress for the snake?!

  • well not EVERYDAy not after i feed him i let him digest for a day or 2

  • how much do they cost?

  • my female jungle has a nasty nasty temper!! nice set up though

  • how nasty?

  • I Got 13 SnakeS Broke ass

  • I,ve got 25 of em whats your piont

  • thanks for the information about the temperatures and the humidity i just got me a jcp today and i f u watch the vids about my ball pythons u will see the big tank i have i am going to move it into there and get another tank like the one i have my female bp in i am putting my jcp in the 120 gal because i know they are semi aborial i will make a vid of him very soon

  • make an update vid on ur jungle carpet python...im thinking of getting one

  • how much does a fogger cost??

  • I have a 3 yr old ball python, and he has eyes w/ brown irises and black pupils. It's hard to spot the brown because it is quite dark. As for the pupils and don't know if they're round or vertical.

    Snakes rule!

  • lol i gt a female JCP she's 2 ft. my bro got tagged 15 times in 1 weekend by her. e was expectin i burm to bite him otmy jungle lol.

  • its boas04's little brother

  • Great video guys!

  • thx

  • hey its the snake bros!!!haha, yeh i like these snakes alot, im not that experienced with snakes, put i have had a ball python strike me or snap at me a couple of times, so would this snake be ok for me?, im not a nervous handler at all and i love snakes.

  • well since ur a beginner i wouldnt recomend it but u should hold it first at the store and see if u can take care of it

  • hey its the snake bros!!!haha, yeh i like these snakes alot, im not that experienced with snakes, put i have had a ball python strike me or snap at me a couple of times, so would this snake be ok for me?, im not a nervous handler at all and i love snakes.

  • Hey Chris,

First of all you have a great collection of snakes and I enjoy all your videos.

I am looking a getting a JCP and I was just wondering what type of set up do you have in mind when he's fully grown.

I know from research that they are semi-aboreal but would a flat Viv, measuring 4ftx2ftx2ft be enough?

    Cheers mate

  • ya 4ft should be big enough im getting my room extended and then im going to have a cornr cage thats like 4-5 ft tall and like 2 ft wide

  • No I'm nto a beginner, I just dont knwo what size of tank would be good to start off for jcp.

  • if its a baby then a 10 gallon and move it up the sized but make sure they have a tall cage

  • u do no that ball's have black eyes and they only turn blue when their shedding. and boa's have eyes that make them look like they have no eye's. my brother owns a boa and a ball and i'm getting a jungle carpet in about a month.

  • they turn cloudy in shed but jcp's always have cat eyes

  • Just curious.. can you give me a size or anythign? and I want to get a JCP so I wondering what sizeis good to start with?

  • r u a beginer or wut they typically range from 5-8 ft i think

  • What are the dimentions of your tank?

  • idunno y?

  • the camra person was getting on my nerves

  • ya that wuz my bro

  • lol It was bad because the place where VPI sent my blood to were afraid to even pick up the box because they thought it was way aggressive. Yeah I can handle all my snake's without having to worry about one of them biting. I handle them all like 3 time a day for almost an hour.

  • oh nice

  • Yeah so how are all your herps doing?

  • they r pretty good

  • Thats cool

  • People say that some snake's like python's and boa's are aggresive but with alot of TLC they will be a docile as a baby. People where afraid to handle my blood but he has never bitten me yet. Lets keep it that way though lol. I'm not afraid if it happens though lol.

  • ya totally everyone is like aww arent u afraid its gonna bite but all of my snakes are pretty docile

  • I find that if you mix vermiculite in with the the eco earth it keeps the humidity up soo much longer :) great vid

  • thx ill try it

  • No Problem it holds in moisture very well :D

  • keep the vids coming wa a good combonitaion...snakess4life and boas 04...just awsome lol peace

  • thx

  • eh man waddup good video and stuff, just one sujestion... dont get a fogger... yea they are good.. but not for a tank like that and only if u have a waterfall, i say that because i have one and what they do is they spray up water right, and befor you know it you will have a puddle of water in ur tank man... and its a pain.... mine was in a open space and it made a HUGE mess.... soo i hada put it in my water fall... pluss they can shock your reptile! :S:S

  • ya i got this like sprayer but like its a spray bottle but u pump it and i can mist his cage and fill up all my snakes wtr bowls

  • hi, very beautiful snake how much is a hatchling ? i have a corn snake and a breeding pair of gaboon vipers so these would make a great addition ty :-)

  • u can look at the other comments dont feel like typin it

  • when i had my Green Tree Frog, i used reptti bark and i thought that it kept the humitny up very well, but iight.

  • ya but coco fiber is better for humdity

repti works good though i use it on most of my snakes

  • u guys make awsome and interesting vids. 5 star and i subscribed to both of uz. peace!

  • thx a lot

  • your lucky to have a big bro who is interested in reptiles also :D great video 5 stars I subscribed

  • yea

  • do he have a name yet

  • no not yet still thinking

  • if your snake does not eat raise the temp of the tank also adjust the humidity

  • ive raised to the high 80

    anf got humidity to 65

  • Whats the update on the jcp?Has he eaten yrt?

  • onlu 1

  • where did you get that cage

  • Y???

i got it at a rep store its called east bay vivarium

  • just wondering cause its a nice cage

  • where do u get the moss?

  • at most rep stores or maybe even petco

  • what size was the viv?

  • a perfect one for his size they feel stressed out wen it is 2 big

  • yea but like what are the deminsions

  • idk

  • quick question does tht no mean every tie you change the waer you have to take it all out (vines)

  • uhhh sorta but usually i just put thewater on a bottle and pour it in there

  • I guess "What ever" bites don't hurt...I guess?

  • wen he gets bigger and he bites me im screwd he's a baby rite now so it doesnt hurt

  • well it not like he can kill you! lol btw 5 *

  • nice vid good job :D

  • thx my bro helped XD

  • cool

  • hey dude ,

    Is boas4 ur brother?

  • ya!

  • Wicked looking little JCP..Kool dude.

  • thx

  • yeah, they do have dark eyes. carpet pythons and basically any other pythons eyes are way more noticeable than a ball pythons eyes ... except for the albino ones. Same goes for the boas.

  • yeah

  • do you like your jcp ? ball or jcp whats better

  • wuts ur expirience???

  • make some feeding vids

  • i know ive gotten pleny requests already

    im makin one this weekend

  • Ball pythons have dark brown 'cat eyes' take them out in the sun and you'll see it (:

  • oh i havnt noticed

    i guess jcp's r more noticible

  • Has he ever bitten you?

  • 2 times

  • does it hurt when they bite?

  • not really i just got 2 lil mark on my hand u can just barely see them

  • great vid! also for humidity you can get sea sponges cut em in half, wet em down, and out em in there tank, it works wonders for humidity! check out my vids! 4 stars!

  • ya i saw in one of ur vids

i like moss more it looks more natural

  • true, but looks arent always the most important thing, basically id do what works for you! but both of em are good ideas, and i heard JCP's are very aggressive, is this true?

  • it is partially true

they r nippy as babies and calm down as they get older

  • cool snake i mite get one tommorow how much was he?

  • he wuz 175

with all the cage and stuff like 300

  • Has he bitten you?

  • ya 2 times

  • cool snake i mite get one tommorow how much was he?

  • 175

  • if they bite you when they are older they got some mad long sharp teeth, believe me it hurts like hell.

  • ya NO SHIT lol

  • cool i might get one tommorow.

  • nice make vids

  • nice vid 5 stars

  • thx
