  • so how long have these tests been going on for???? and peopl al lover the world just started hearing them??? lol

  • weather manipulation ... little cause, big effect

  • Comment removed

  • I wonder what size of a cloud would form if the machine was 100x as big...or built a smoke stack that went high into the air to allow the cloud to form at a higher altitude... had no idea this thing existed before today...

  • Shruberger Turbine = Free Energy! ;)

  • next time put your shit messages in the video description not over the video its so fucking annoying. i hate paranoid freaks like you.

  • When the government spends 360 million to save 18 million. You've got to be the stupidest people around.... I SAY REPLACE EVERY, EVERY, HOUSE AND SENATE MEMBER...

  • Take decibel reading every 1 mile out and see what you get... At 5 miles you'll be lucky to hear it... another government disinformation ploy...

  • nasa = nwo /weather manipulation

  • Does this stop and go? I heard somehting along the lines of this a few minutes ago in Pennsylvania, It sounded like a military jet, VERY close, it sounded like it passed the house three times, I looked in the sky and didnt see any jet marks,m just a few clouds.

  • Why do they need so many Rocket Propulsion Test Programs? 8 in the United States. Why??? Inquiring minds want to know.

  • @carolLDickinson Because they retired the shuttle, and are developing rockets again. That would be my guess.

  • Seriously people? This is just a rocket test. I'm all for suspecting motives but this is just HILARIOUS (if it weren't so sad).

It takes a lot of power to get mass into orbit. If you get that power from reacting a lot of hydrogen and oxygen, you're going to make a lot of steam. You can't avoid that! They've made a cloud with every liquid fuel rocket launch in the past 50 years!

  • robotruss sez wow

  • its sick to see these people celebrate what could potentially kill us

  • @revolutionaryact11 A raincloud? go hang yourself hippy fucking faggot. Take some science/math classes.

  • @stfuplzzzz I feel real sorry for you and your family, it's people like you that can't admit to yourself that it is this government that's fucking us over and you are the first ones who fuck up first and die for lack of knowledge so good luck with your life

  • @revolutionaryact11 yea good luck with my life because your gonna be hanging from your stepdads cock little faggot have fun deepthroating your stepdads dick while he tells you stories of why he has to leech the government for money because he is a poor pedophile with no job

  • @stfuplzzzz haha what? stepdad? man you are really messed up in the head kid, you see i tend to think your a little nuts when you start talking about someone who doesn't even exist but anyways, now i don't know if that was suppose to be a joke there but i tell ya I'm laughing at how stupid it is. look just keep on drinking your bottle full of toxic and just watch your football there jr. There you go that's a good slave.

  • @revolutionaryact11

    What could potentially kill us?

  • @kissmygrittsyall Our government has the technology to create hurricanes, trigger earthquakes and even steer a hurricane. The higher ups in our government even write about how there are too many people in the world and that they need to reduce the number of us with this depopulation program that they have already launched by the way, that is why people are dying from vaccines that are supposed to be good for us instead you hear thousands of cases of people having convolutions after taking them.

  • @revolutionaryact11

Who are these "higher ups" and how do you know what they've said?

What vaccines? I bet the Moon landing was a hoax too, right? 9/11 an inside job? Roswell?

  • @revolutionaryact11 Yes, that poison h20.

  • I think in future they'll invent a machine just to do the reverse of it.

Suck out all clouds before it rains, which can be very useful for various end-users from changing weather, Conserving pure water to planning open-air events.

  • AMAZING..they are running the world doing whatever they want while we get 300 dollar tickets for going 10 miles faster than the posted speed limit.. crazy..

  • awesome, we could create habitable areas in deserts, and with an ever increasing population and limited fresh water supplies this could be great solution.

Not only that but a step closer to altering planetary atmospheres, starting with experiments on the moon, then Mars. A fair few years away, but we have to start somewhere. How else will we colonise the galaxy ;)

  • do you have a NASA tatoo on your arm ?

  • are you people all psychotic?? there's no way that they rocket tests are generating the amount of water vapor to produce the super storms that are happening. you would need thousands of these rockets going off each day and the exhaust plume would have to be aim directly skyward. all the tests you are watching have the exhaust going through a conduit that vents it down and out.. what's next? hydrogen bombs in the pacific evaporating millions of gallons every hour??

  • @GR8ISH8 and another propaganda shill....when the sock puppets are hitting a vid, you know the vid is true.

  • @blite13 propaganda shill?? No! It's called common sense and knowing that rocket tests aren't going to produce the amount of water needed to create a superstorm that floods an entire region..

  • What if we can filter something in through that so the rain can purify the air somehow lol idk.

  • Throw a few of those puppies on the moon.....

  • Thats crazy, I can only imagine all the dangerous shit that's in the smoke.... Shit like this is what's altering our weather...

  • @RadicalDreamer2012 It's not smokek it's steam, the most dangerous shit in that "smoke" comes out of your tap every day too...

  • @Sugardude O well that makes me feel better about it... ((sarcasm))

  • @RadicalDreamer2012 It's.. steam. It's the same stuff that comes out of a pot of boiling water. They are combining Hydrogen (H) with Oxygen (O) into H2O (water). If you were to be extremely generous and make the claim that this cloud would cover an area of around 10 square miles, you'd be covering about .00005% of the earth's surface. To put that into perspective, that's like comparing the diameter of a tennis ball to three empire state buildings stacked on top of each other, including antenna.

  • @luftwaffle and another troll boy = sock puppet

  • @blite13 Huh? Would you care to point out how I'm wrong? I just think it's really funny that people see a steam cloud from a rocket test and equate it to weather manipulation. Talk about blowing things out of proportion!

  • @luftwaffle Why do they have multiple 'test' sites? If it was just rocket testing, why would they need multiple sites? Why would they have to push people away from these test sites, so far away that they can not even get close to them? They spent how much money on these area's (removing the population and securing the area's) and 'testing' equipment on multiple sites? Figure it out, genius wannabe.

  • @blite13 The main reason for multiple test sites is so that they can be close to where the rockets are created and not require much long-distance transportation (a huge concern with sensitive equipment). Imagine the logistics of having to transport a rocket across the country! They keep people away for security and safety concerns - they are rockets after all. I'm not sure I quite understand what your point is. Why are you being so hostile towards me?

  • Here is a mobile version of this machine.

    /watch?v=lUs6DsienwQ

  • This is a typically test named Steam blows. Is a High Pressure steam with a huge velocity, the point is to clean up the pipes. When that happens its generates rain a lots of rain, very normal in this kind of test. what surprise me, it was only 20 minutes a test like this it would take like 2 days, depending at the demand needed.

  • The Space Shuttle External Tank (ET) is the component of the Space Shuttle launch vehicle that contains the liquid hydrogen fuel and liquid oxygen oxidizer. During lift-off and ascent it supplies the fuel and oxidizer under pressure to the three space shuttle main engines (SSME) in the orbiter. The ET is jettisoned just over 10 seconds after MECO (Main Engine Cut Off), where the SSMEs are shut down, and re-enters the Earth's atmosphere. Manufactured at the Michoud Assembly Facility, New Orleans

  • @TonyUnplugged you are really good at copy and paste. do you have anything from your own brain?

  • Ok so if the mass of Hydrogen is 1 and the mass of Oxygen is 16. Then the mass of water is 18. Half a million gallons of Hydrogen would make 9 million gallons of water in cloud form. The average rainstorm is 44 Million gallons for a 15 minute period of rain. Or as I read elsewhere "One inch of rain over one square mile equals 17.4 million gallons of water."... This machine certainly doesn't HELP, but I don't think it's solely responsible for floods.

  • @JamesMulvale well duh :p they are MODIFYING/MANIPULATING the weather. Weather will be there regardless, and they have more than just rocket engine tests as a means to exacerbate an already forming weather condition and turn it into a FRANKENSTORM like we have seen like never before this year. Right over our heads forming as we speak, too. mew

  • @Sheilaaliens Seriously, the amount of water here is a drop in the ocean, but I admit it looks formidable.

  • @Sheilaaliens this plus what their spraying every-fn'-day is creating super storms which i believe they then move around the US (flooding the NMSZ) with their HAARP!!!! just my opinion...

  • @Sheilaaliens you realise that the host (forgot his name) is not standing anywhere near where the cloud was... just saying.

  • @JamesMulvale troll boy strikes again, get a life you bbc fag.

  • @blite13 lol

  • @JamesMulvale NASA + HAARP MY GOD REALLY? WAKE UP

  • @mzstargazer48 come again? NASA has nothing to do with HAARP btw

  • Thank you....

    Love from France

  • @DOMY94FF your welcome, le meow ^-^ thanks for watching

  • Did you see the lake? How it wasn't rumbling at all?

If it didn't disrupt the earth there, it's won't thousands of miles away.

  • @TheRoTubers But they SOUND is still audible

  • would need smth like that too here,

    how you build that :D

  • @PytoX very carefully, and with lots of dough $ i'm guessing :p though they DO sell cloud-seeding stuff for personal use, I wonder greatly if THAT's legal to use, lmao!

    cloud-seeding.eu

  • @Sheilaaliens whats the problem with having such a machine in your backyard :D

  • @PytoX for arizona? would be good fun fun times ya! But they are using the technology for EVIL

It was never meant to be used this wayyy

WHY do they want to flood the new madrid? the conspiracy is many layers deep but well documented online and it has been common knowledge that it was coming and here it is! shame on THEM

  • Could NASA please set up one of these things in Austin, Texas? It hasn't rained here in six months. And could we please get some more chemtrails down here? It's hot as Hell, and we need to reflect back some of this sunlight while we're waiting for NASA's rain to get here.

  • @Humptydumptytribe Ditto I'm in Tucson, AZ and I am ashamed to say I want it to rain like the friggin AMAZON RAIN FOREST up in the BIZZY cause it has been months here too... soo .. dry.. water... watttterrr....

  • @Humptydumptytribe Lubbock, Texas needs some love to!

  • i have only seen these clouds in the early summer months.i live close by

  • Who were all those people at the end watching it?

Did NASA do a public showing of it?

  • @keithypops Yes they allow public viewings, like i said in the info i would love to see that...

  • i live close to this test site, i live in chalmette la. and you can see the clouds from my house all the time in summer.

  • Is that Sheila's voice? If so, excellent broadcast. I like the pauses.

I know that Volcanoes produce floods, so this is logical.

  • @biozamadotcom Yeah thats my voice! lol aw i should have edited out the pauses like i usually do, sound like a tard0 eh ;p

  • @biozamadotcom P.S. Yes the same sortish type of clouds that volcanos produce are made by the rocket enginessssssssssssss, 'cept prolly more toxic and BLEH are the man-made versionz...

  • Brb Gotta change my pants Jokes XD

  • Second :P

  • @DGSE Xcellent ^0^

  • F1RST :P

  • @Sheilaaliens hey ,thanks for doing the research,i also think this is what they heard in florida, there's not much eles it could have been,oh and i watched the whole thing its very interesting to see it in action i think, then again,my brain works different then most! peace ouTTTTTTTTTTT!

  • @METALLICA6547 it's only a matter of a couple hundred miles from the test center to FL -depending- on what part of FL they live in. On a quiet day? I bet they could hear that crap eachoeing. meowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

yes your brain is SOMETHIN' ELSE, son :p
