I just cannot fail with your recipes. Thank you so much for making such wonderful videos. Your recipes always make my husband and I remember all the great memories of the countless hours spent around the table with our family back home.
I usually make the traditional bastilla with the almonds but since I'm out of almonds I think I will try this one. This one is also a little less work. I think I will substitue the mushrooms, since no one in my house likes them, with something else. I will let you know how it comes out. Oh by the way, thanks for posting all of these things. I'm hispanic & my husband is moroccan & I learned how to cook moroccan food through here. Lets just say him & his friends don't miss home that much =)
I made pastilla Djej yesterday, and I made it like a coil,(M'hancha) it was soo go and easier than the traditional circle layered pastilla. I am going to try this one looks mouth watering. THANK YOU!!!
Thaqnks for the posting, looks delicious sis, will try it Insha ALLAH :) And Masha ALLAH the sous-chef, how adorable!! may ALLAH swt protect her, she looks about the same age as my daughter, Zeinab :)
merci oukhti mashallah ya rien à dire t super forte, j'envie ta ptite famille, ils doivent se régaler tt les jours lol ;) en tt k merci de faire partager ton savoir faire

Yes. @ikebanaJc is right. My friend makes it like a pie instead of individual slices. Yum. I am hungry now.

Thanks, I was just wondering because I don't really see mushrooms in the Moroccan recipes that've seen, but I guess this is a first for me.
