That man is preaching under the power and demonstration of the Holy Spirit.. the problem is that there is too many mama called preachers in the world today and not enough God called preachers. This man is obviously God called.. and I guarantee u he probably don't remember most of this because that's what its like when u have that kind of spiritual call on ur life.. mama called preachers or so called preachers wouldn't know anything about that..
How could u say that a man is too emotional when he's preaching the word of god. I just don't understand that at all.
I would b scared to say something like that. That man preached what the lord put on his heart to preach. How could u not get emotional when speaking about the goodness of god.

Paul Staton is a wonderful man of God. He preaches with The Great Annointing from on High. Always feel the Spirit of God during his preaching.
