I called the company and it sound like it's a factory only fix. So I'd have to send it back to Cassio for repairs . I've done some research and a lot of other customers have had the same problem with the Casio Exilim EX-V7. It should be recalled! Don't buy this camera!

if you plan on buying a digital camera my advice is to keep away from the Casio Exilim EX-V7. Although my camera still works it has a glitch. When I turn my camera on I get an "ERROR that says ~>Camera stabilizer not available" ~~~cont
