you probably know this by now but the tail shaft easily gets bent and the extra weight of the carbon tail blades they need to also be balanced before puttin them on
try putting some tape on one then if it gets better its that blade thats lighter or countering the bent half of the shaft
dont fly it like that or youl knacker the tail bearings
I'm not totally sure but it looks and sounds like the tail drive belt is slipping off the tail shaft. Have you checked the tail shaft? You may need a need belt too.
Spraski at first i thought it was a bent tail shaft but that would be a constent vibe

not sure but are you hitting any switches on your TX. look like your going in inverted flight mode

By any chance did you screw down the tail case halves really tight? That messes up the bearings and it will shake like that.
