  • Don't get the 80 if you want aggressive sound. Thats what I have and don't like it. Super 40 or 44 for aggressive sound

  • My flowmasters on my 95 z28 have a deeper growl than this can anybody tell me what series I have. Fyi I just bought the car which is why idk. O kno its not the 80 series cuz those are really aggressive in sound which is the ones o want to get just curious to which ones I have

  • Sounds pretty good, makes me miss my '94 Z28. I had the same exhaust setup, and I got plenty of compliments on the sound.

  • nice. does anyone know the sound difference in a h or x pipe, thanks.

  • ok i have a 96 z28 and i was wonderin did u just unbolt the stock muffler and bolt the flowmaster in?

  • basically. you may need to get new tips and tailpipes though to make it look right.

  • did u bolt any of this in or did u weld them?

  • bolted in with a u-bolt clamp

  • i have a black z28 its fast as hell stock. but. it needs a paint job and im getting exhaust in december. same as u have. how much for paint, and how much for the exhaust. did u get the cat back??

  • I paid 1,265 bucks for my paint job (with me doing a lot of the prep work) and I the exhaust here is just the muffler with SLP tips. I love the sound now with LT's and ORY pipe

  • How much did you buy your car for and how many miles does it have on it?

  • My car was wrecked when I bought it, but at this time I have about 7 grand in it. The car has 118K on the body. Everything was rebuilt in the restoration excluding the motor.

  • Are you serious, what did you have to do to it, and how much did that cost? What'd you buy it for?

  • Well I paid about $1,000 for the car. I put in new interior, trans, rebuilt the rear end, put on new doors, fenders, bumper, header panel and hood. I had the car painted and then all of the other details in between. Its fast and it was well worth it. I would be willing to sell it, but no one wants a car this nice with C5 Y2K wheels for 7,500 bucks

  • Well, it says 40 right on the top of it. I bought it from Flowmaster, part no. 9430412

  • nice
