I used to think that saving all the inserts was a waste of time because I always thought that it would take too much time to go through and clip the coupons I need, and plus the time it takes...well now I think differently. I save my coupon inserts and with the GG it helps me to see where the coupons are instead of clipping every single coupon! Thank you sooo much for the helpful information!
Perfect...I've been playing GG for several months but have become frustrated when it came to organizing my coupons and doing the actual shopping. This video showed me things I didnt know I could do and saved me a bunch of time in that I don't have to clip coupons ever week (What a pain that has been!) Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
That is brilliant! I am returning to the gg and I think its extremely smart to not clip your coupons until you are going to use them! Having a folder for each store also seems to save so much time. It seems like a double whammy, save money and time! How long does it take to get ready to shop?
@amazonvirgin I would say it takes around an hour, depending on how many items I'm buying that week and how many times my Kiddo says 'Mommy' :) I will sometimes print out my lists of coupons needed and clip while I watch TV the night before so I'm ready to go as soon as we finish breakfast. Good luck!
i love ur video. im considering the grocery game. we can go to walmart or publix and spend between $200-$250. we have since been shopping at aldi foods and food depot and spending around $100 max. food depot has the national brands, but aldi has the german and canadian brands and they are very inexpensive. i had cart full of stuff from aldi and spent $80. i hope the grocery game is worth the price every 8 weeks for each store. thanks for ur video. i loved it. good to see ppl giving to others.
This is my fourth week playing the grocery game and I must say I really enjoy grocery shopping now! I am excited to see what my pantry will look like after 12 wks. Also it's great you are sending items to the battered women shelter. My idea was to collect the free items I don't use and donate them!
Ok I'm really about to use my membership!
