lol, asif hes gunna get anyone recon, there is no secret skull, to get recon you need to enter some of bungies competitions (That are extremely hard) witch include things like doing legendary campaign on legendary with all skull effects on. Or get all halo 3's vidmaster atchevements, that are quite hard, and then get all halo 3: ODSTs vidmaster atchevements witch are harder.
