I don`t know about louisiana but, Kentucky is much worse. They don`t even hide it. People there live on major state roads and have shelters for their roosters right there in the open. Flyers are passed out. There is also a magazine, I think it`s steel cage. Surprisingly enough, the cops never take action on those degenerates. Why? they are involved.
