Everyone with an issue to the use of the flag of the UK as a table cloth... they have entirely different rules about flags there. I've seen British cosplay groups do everything with everyone's flags... including their own. They wear them as capes, lay them on the ground as picnic blankets. This group was not "disgracing" the flag of the UK.
