It's actually very interesting how fiber works and cleans out your system. I just recently started taking fiber suppliments and so far I feel great. My friend inspired me after catching a cold from me. I've had this cold for around 10 days now. He was sick for around a day and was able to flush it out of his system. Any fiber suppliment really works, I've been using Colonex, but I appreciate you guys trying to get this stuff out to people.
