I love your show. The hardest thing to learn was keeping a soft neutral position. I use your breakdown of movements(fwd, back, up, down) and 1,2,3,4 in order to learn sequences. I really like the way in which you use 4 components and put together a simple and sometimes a not so easy routine.
I find the reversal of left and right in the narration and visuals confusing. Unless you're supposed to be thinking of them as a mirror of yourself...
Adalat is as cute as can be; I enjoy watching her dance. All the girls are good but Adalat is really special; and married... Good 4 u, Adalat. Great to see beautiful women taking care of their bodies thru dance.
im pretty sure thats fake snow! they were barefoot so if it was real i don't think they would be and the way it moves when they move their feet it's obviosly fake, snow is more dense then that

Most instructors do that, (reverse instructions/visuals) cause it's easier for the student to think of them as a mirror.

@finsterthecat I read somewhere that they used instant mashed potatoes for the snow. It was all recorded on a set.
