U can start training heavy armor expertise in the tank classes (guard, infantryman...)

If u r going to be Fighter>Warrior>INFANTRYMAN>..­.>...

I recommend choosing a tank class at the 3rd or 4th job. After that the DD-classes.

If u want to tank as well, start upgrading the skill "Uppercut". It evolves to an AoE attack, "Earthquake", which damages the enemies surrounding u.

Also remember upgrading (whats it's name -.-). Nvm, it evolves to "Burning Crash", the best 1v1 skill

lol i asked this soooo long ago i have a 47 monk and a 25 ruffian on eclipse i filled crescent up with my noobish chars im like pro now oh and this path warrior>infantryman most people say is good i tend to say otherwise u need more sp and screws ur whole char up im going full vit till lvl 40 or 60 then ima go str at 75 i go wis and by then ill be a phalanx im not a pure vit tanker im just a 3/4 def and 1/4 atk not those dumb tankers that go full vit and follow full tank path=WEAK

damn i miss my character in this game lvl 30 warrior.. the reason is that after finshing a quest and get ready for tommorow.. the day came when i started logging in starting to kill some monsters and then suddenly all the fun was gone.. the blue screen of restarts came along and now whenever i log in the computer goes to blue screen mode.. there i know that i have to delete luna and i cries because it was a cool game and ive reached lvl 30......

lols for elvs looking for high def builds but with extra atk thrown in there go for guardian>infantryman/swordsman­>phalanx/rune knight> magnus. im going guardian>swordsman>rune knight>magnus cuz the buffs would take care of anything im lacking in BUT some ppl like to have extra def so they tend to go guardian>swordsman>phalanx>mag­nus instead cuz of balanced atk/def between the classes.

Infantry is best for an elf guard, infantry = Defensive tank, Mercenary = 2h weapon DD, swordsman is sorta neither tank nor DD, but in later Classes from being swordsman, you will get really nice classes.

yeah,QFT........and also,part of the info he gave is wrong.making an all VIT build will help your Def a lot but with no STR,its gonna take a long time to lvl so no,you wont do a lot of damage with a 2 handed wep/no STR.
