I saw them in Wolverhampton (Wulfrun) too! They were supported by Snow Patrol who were on the verge of greatness. This was one of my all time favourite gigs and I left walking on air.

fuckin sweet version--i love the humbling image this band portrays, they are great musicians with a unique sound-yes a little similar to ok computer on this song, but really radiohead has their own thing going on and neither band are copying each others sound--accually i might add radiohead didnt even come up with their sound(NIGEL GODRICH) did-you can hear the difference on the bends from pablo honey! i love them both equally anything that stirs up my brain into a hypnotic state i love!

I don't understand the appeal of Radiohead and I can't stand Thumb Yorke's fucked up eye/face. Grandaddy have always been infinitely more authentic than some pretentious English band. But it's funny, just like the Grateful Dead are the worst band to have emerged from the 60s, Radiohead are still going strong and wildly popular, while Grandaddy gracefully died. Sometimes the worst bands have the longevity.
