Wes Craven heard my song (Youth of America) and thought it would be right for his new film, Scream. He and I met and talked about it. I told him I was a fan of his work and that I'd love to have the song in a film of his. That was it. The rest was lawyers doing their thing.

@ammolive123 Sweet! That's a big accomplishment. To me, Scream is one of the best made Horror films. To have your song cemented in legacy because of Craven would be an honor for anyone. I was wondering about it's use in the movie though. The chorus plays, along with the rest of the lyrics. The meaning of the song doesn't seem to relate to how it's used in the movie. Such as the "Youth of America" being the ones doing the killing. Oh well, it fits perfectly and still rocks. Peace man.
