I got a roll-up and a portable 61 with 2 large speakers on the side. The 61 does a much better job although finger control is still not as refine as an acoustic or ones with weighted-down keys.

Don't know why some reviews seemed to show roll-ups that play as good as a regular piano while others are a piece of junk? Is there a difference between Brand-A & Brand-B?

If so, does anybody have any suggestions which are good brands to buy and which are garbage?

after a brief search i came to the conclusion that there is too many brands of the roll up piano to keep up with, so i really don't know the difference between the A B and C's and all that. I haven't gotten that deep into the Roll up Piano game yet.

Your Portable 61 with 2 Large Speakers on the Side (No Homo!) sounds entertaing, but like i said i don't even know the name of my own roll up piano, so i wouldnt know the difference.

Overall , i like the 1 i got, but that 1 button is

My portable 61 is a Yamaha PSR-350. It does have a 3.5" floppy drive for saving your songs which nobody uses now. Otherwise still playable.

Don't think my "Rollin' Piano" can be used for serious playing. Keys stick together, you hit adjacent keys all the time. A few You-tube videos do show people playing roll-ups with ease. Think there must be good & bad ones.

The first time I came across a roll-up was in Time Magazine made by Yamano, Japan. The rest are just imitations of the original...
