I have a question....now I know it's been said that one needs to do the entire workout for the time given, but I find myself not being able to do more than 30 mins at a time. So I wanted to know if I have to do an hour worth of workout per day, can I either split up the hour like 30mins before I go to work and 30mins after I return, or can I just do 30mins everyday for 7 days?

I have respect for you man. 180 days of p90x! Did you just stick to the classic schedule the whole time? I may need to do 180 days too because I'm not taking all the supplements that are suggested so I'm not seeing any quick results. I'm 175 and 5'10 so I'm slim but not quite to that six pack yet. That's really all I want.

@TheBoombox24 From all my research I have found that if you follow the program to it's fullest and really give it your all and not half ass it. You will lose the weight you want to. I hear the big thing is just giving it your all and following the eating guide. I have seen people lose 60-80 pounds to as little as 10 to 15. I'M really hope it can get me back in shape 5'7 220 aiming for my high school weight of 150-140 wish me luck.
@caNEsPriDe3o5 dude you can go through p90x more than once and it is recommended. Once you start working out you shouldn't stop. It isn't like you get to 90 days and can stop for good and keep that same body. The body doesn't work like that. You have to keep exercising and lifting weights to keep the body lean and muscular
@blower2006 HIm and I are about the same size and my results were similiar in my video... I took creatine and Russian Bear 5000..... I gained 10lbs in 50 days with P90X
@liftercatcher You lost muscle mass because you weren't eating enough to replace the calories you burnt. Your body started to break down muscle for energy. Eat right for your activity level and you can run all you want.

@mrpresidentbob everyone is a little different, I am lucky that I did not have much extra skin and over time yes it does tense back up. I have some stretch marks but like to refer to them as my "War Wounds" keep at it!
@diderkamal1 Everyone is a little different it also depends on your age that you loose the weight, how long you carried the extra weight and well the biggest factor is genetics. I was lucky to not have much excess skin but I do have some stretch marks that I now call my "war wounds"
@diderkamal1 Not really. If weight-loss is done naturally and gradually, with no surgery (like liposuction), the body will normally adapt to its' new self without any "leftovers".

@0Stahler0 I followed the p90x workout plan and nutrition plan that's it. It is all explained for you when you get the program. Just make sure you get the program from a coach like myself to insure that you get a complete program. The workout guide and nutrition plan are very important.
@bishopaz No secret really I just followed the nutrition guide, but keep in mind its just that a guide. You can eat other items not listed in the plan you just have to make sure the portions are groups are the same. I followed the nutrition guide very closely and felt that my results are a reflection of the nutrition guide. I did not eat all the foods from the guide but I followed the portion controls and kept the food items/groups the same.
I used Beachbody's Whey Protein (tastes awesome) and to help cut even more weight/fat I used and still use Shakeology which I think is the best supp on the market.

@darkar12 Anything is possible, you just have to want it bad enough. People's bodies are all different and everyone will have different results from P90X but everyone's results who follow the program and give it their all are amazing. It took me 2 rounds of p90x 6 months to get my final results and the results I wanted, I just knew that p90x was working and I felt amazing which keeps me pushing play to this day!
i am going to get this program today, but what would suggest, the dumbells, or the resistance bands? also would you need the floor bars for the push ups? or just go out with the hands?

@bobphillips99 I dont know then just play with the carb/protein ratio until it works out for you, if you want to supplement I used Isatori's MXLS7 and gave me awesome results, but as with any other supplement without diet and exercise its just a waste of money, but you have already done that part so there's my 2 cents.

Ok so be honest did you do any extra?? Because I am struggling trying to get some excess fat off my sides and back and I am coming up on day 60 of my second go round. Did you do doubles or classic? my body fat % is in the high teens and i am dieting too!
@taylor8424 100% Honest I did nothing else besides p90x! Fat comes off the body in sheets and you cannot spot reduce fat. So your problem areas just take longer. I just blogged about this topic check it out on team fitness journey . com

@0Stahler0 I followed the p90x workout plan and nutrition plan that's it. It is all explained for you when you get the program. Just make sure you get the program from a coach like myself to insure that you get a complete program. The workout guide and nutrition plan are very important.

@bishopaz No secret really I just followed the nutrition guide, but keep in mind its just that a guide. You can eat other items not listed in the plan you just have to make sure the portions are groups are the same. First off, amazing job.
2 questions though. How much did you follow the nutrition guide?
Did you drink and protein shakes or take any supplements?
Again, amazing work. I'm on week 4 and am totally addicted. If I got your results I would be thrilled.

I followed the nutrition guide very closely and felt that my results are a reflection of the nutrition guide. I did not eat all the foods from the guide but I followed the portion controls and kept the food items/groups the same.
I used Beachbody's Whey Protein (tastes awesome) and to help cut even more weight/fat I used and still use Shakeology which I think is the best supp on the market.

AWESOME!!! btw eh, i'm like 17 years old and weigh 81 kg which is 179 pounds. I'm pretty fat and actually have little muscle and compared to other's at my age, i'm pretty weak... Do you think if i bought this program, it could shred my fat in 3 months? I think about 30 pounds of my weight is fat, is it possible to achieve (and get arms like yours?)?

@darkar12 Anything is possible, you just have to want it bad enough. People's bodies are all different and everyone will have different results from P90X but everyone's results who follow the program and give it their all are amazing. It took me 2 rounds of p90x 6 months to get my final results and the results I wanted, I just knew that p90x was working and I felt amazing which keeps me pushing play to this day!

i am going to get this program today, but what would suggest, the dumbells, or the resistance bands? also would you need the floor bars for the push ups? or just go out with the hands?

wow, were in the same boat, i have also just got abs for the first time in my life, and it feels great, its surreal, stupid as it sounds it really is, i find myself just stood staring at them in the mirror in amazment, keep it up :D well done!

@bobphillips99 I dont know then just play with the carb/protein ratio until it works out for you, if you want to supplement I used Isatori's MXLS7 and gave me awesome results, but as with any other supplement without diet and exercise its just a waste of money, but you have already done that part so there's my 2 cents.

@joshdphenom That is an option and that is what I did however you can do other programs like Insanity p90x+ or Hybrid p90x programs.

Ok so be honest did you do any extra?? Because I am struggling trying to get some excess fat off my sides and back and I am coming up on day 60 of my second go round. Did you do doubles or classic? my body fat % is in the high teens and i am dieting too!

@taylor8424 100% Honest I did nothing else besides p90x! Fat comes off the body in sheets and you cannot spot reduce fat. So your problem areas just take longer. I just blogged about this topic check it out on team fitness journey . com

Hey I was very impressed with your video. I just did my first session of the p90x and i am beat. I really thought i was in good shape until now. Alot of my forms werent perfect but I did the best I could. I was wondering how do i go about getting you as a coach. I figure some movitation will help, Again amazing video keep it up

@Mozzzole Thank you so much, the pics are legit for sure, just keep in mind it took me 2 rounds of p90x to get the results I wanted and to reach my fitness goals. so 180 days is what it took in the video above. I was way out of shape when I started p90x and knew I had a lot of work to do to reach my goals.
