i know. go back and listen to something like "let the loser melt." the drums and guitar play off each other personally. plus, the drummer was such a cutie.
Antics? That's baby stuff. Be glad you weren't standing next to me in the crowd at the shows back then. Those "antics" would have granted you a restructured nasal cavity.
I had forgotten how the hair on the back of my neck stands up right when "Audiowhore" kicks into the rocking part when they do this live. These guys ruled.
Gotta love the commitment of these guys to the songs - even ones from way back in their catalog - just a month before they called it quits for good. I think they ended it for the right reasons - it's as if they felt if they couldn't give this much to their continuing efforts, they didn't want to do it at all. But I'm a very biased, rabid fan...
can't wait to see this live.

Listen to the way the percussion meshes so perfectly with the guitar, as if they're the same instrument.

I think if I could have attended any show in the history of music, it would have been this one.

What kind of guitar is Bachmann playing?
Looks like a Fender neck with a Gibson L6 Body. (?)

They're incredible but the bassists antics bother me so much.

I don't think this video brings out the true beauty of archers of loaf. Wheres their melodic stuff?

Despite the fact that you can barely hear it, "Audiowhore" and "Lowest Part Is Free!" are two of the band's most hummable tracks.
