i learned a deep lesson from this wonderful message,,,

i am an inactive member of the Church because of my own selfish reasons,,, this message has opened my eyes and my heart,,,

i will go back to the fold of the Church because i love my family and my grandson,, i want my grandson to know that " I am here ".

i don't want to deny them the blessings of knowing the teachings of the Church which i learned before they were born,,

i pray that God will accept me into His fold again.

We all have imperfections and make mistakes but the teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints can help one find joy and peace in this life that is not possible in any other way. If you live the teachings, you can become more like Jesus Christ, and help others be better as well. You can love others despite their imperfections, and accept yourself for your own. Love is the most powerful force on earth.

There is nothing greater than being a parent. Letting my children know I love them everyday is something I know they need to know and hear individually and that I will always love them no matter what decisions they make in life. I played hide and seek tonight with my kids and the wife before bed. I know that just that little bit of time makes all the difference in how your children turn out. I am grateful for every moment I have to spend time with those little ones.

We are similar in our respect for family, and in the fact that our religion affects our daily lives. However, in our teachings, we are very different, as you will see when you look for yourself.

I live with my uncle and his family and what makes me really sad is that they do not sit with each other to have meals, the kids do not talk to their parents and I feel that this can have a negative effect on the kids in their future.

When I was a kid I really loved that my parents would ask me about my day during our meal and we could have wonderful discussions where we all contributed.

Thank you so much for this wonderful message! I was crying as I realize I sometimes ignore my precious child, wanting for my attention because of the many things that need to be done at home.. I love my daughter so much and I never regret giving up my job so I can attend to her myself. I love watching her even when she's asleep and hear her calls me "mommy!".
