"42nd Street" was originally issued on a Capitol 88-note roll, number unknown, and was soon also available as Supertone 88-note roll #4885, played by Bonnie Bergstrom. I don't know anything about her except she made at least two dozen rolls for Capitol in the early 1930's.
UPDATE: Robert Perry has recently dug up quite a bit on Bonnie Bergstrom. She made her rolls quite young (in her 'teens) and was a real looker! Check out her bio on the "piano roll artists" page of his "pianola nz" website.

Looks to have been shot on film. Some of the other videos I've seen were shot on video, hand held, one camera, without editing.
