  • y isnt the garnier anti sundamage recomend for acne prone skin?? isnt it oil free

  • how do you test if you are allergic or if the products irritate your skin? do you just dab like a little blob of the moisturizer or cleanser and see if it turns red or itches? Usually how long does it take to make sure that product is safe for you? can different parts of the face react differently to the same product?

Where do you buy the products and other stuff like facial serum? any good legit websites?

  • youre so pretty! just subbed <3

  • Thanks for all the tips, but I have to ask, what nail polish were you using in this vid, its such a pretty color!

  • Hi I have a question: is it ok to mix different brands of product in skin care routine? like cleanser and toner, I would thought it maybe better to be the same brand? Thanks.

  • @jazzyuyu80 yes, it's fine as long as you make sure you don't over-dry your skin or cause it to irritate by using too many products one after another. :)

  • I just found your channel; you are beautiful! Time to subscribe.

  • I wanna ask, how long have you been using shiseido pureness mattifying moisturizer? I wanna know if that moisturizer's used as daily make up base, would it become very oily in the end?

I have oily skin (with a little acnes), that's why I never use moisturizer before make up (in fact i never use moisturizer, haha). but my mom recommended this shiseido (she's been using this brand for years) & i tried it & it feel quite good though i use it only seldomly, haha

    thx anyway! :)

  • @SoraJue hi, dear! i have used the whole bottle of it, and I LOVE IT. it absorbs into your skin so well and it has a water-like texture rather than a normal moisturizer-like texture. i used it under makeup, and it absolutely does not cause oiliness for me (and i have very oily skin) :)

  • @DragonPalace88 thx for your reply! :D

i've now been using it under make up for 2 days, so far so good although my face will still become oily after hours (that's normal). i'll try to use it for a week & see if any reactions occur. if no problem, i think i'll continue using it :)

btw, do you know/ is there any shiseido's face sunscreen product for oily face? or perhaps any other recommendation? thx a lot :)

  • most face lotions with ANY level of spf WILL be oily; there is almost no avoiding it, I've tried.

  • @paris1033x yes, it is essential to protect your skin from harmful uva/uvb rays :)

  • @DragonPalace88 I would recommend Aveeno sunblock. I use it all the time on my face. I have fair skin so I use SPF 55 or higher. but it's got UVA/UVB protection, and it's non oily/greesy, and it's generally waterproof so if it's hot out and you sweat you'll be fine. but I love it. I have really oily skin too, and at first it feels a little oily, but after it settles it's fine.

  • @paris1033x you can use moisturising products that are labelled as non comedogonic, it means that it doesn't block the pores like how oil usually does, infact it does the opposite and helps reduce the size of your pores.

  • i'm thinking about getting some bangs, and i was

wondering if yours made your face ever reallly oily or major break outs?

  • @OMGkaiti hi, dear! i think it depends on how prone your skin is towards acne... for me, it did not cause any problems, but i know some people have had problems with more breakouts in their forehead area. however, your bangs will cover them up anyways lol so i don't think there will be a problem.

  • I used to use Shiseido softener and moisterizer that you use. But They're quite expensive. But now I'm using another products which I find it work better and a little cheaper. [Not really] lol

  • Thanks for the tips! By the way you look really pretty, like Jocelyn Wang 王怡仁

  • can u use the nuetrogena acne stress control foam cleanser in the place of the cream cleanser?

  • i have never used it personally, but since it's the same brand and uses the same active ingredient, i think it should be fine. :)

  • The drying lotion looks really like the "Bye Bye Blemish." Do you know if it is the same ?

  • they are pretty similar products. i think you might want to try the bye bye blemish first since it costs less.

  • i like ur idea on making more skin care vids. ur so right!! i wish all the great gurus (my favs being michelle phan aka ricebunny and shimmers54) would make more skin care because makeup is simple to me, but i dont know a lot about skin care... love your vids! :)

  • Yup I totally agree...that stuff is a savior..even grape fruit one is also awesome...it dries skin though..

  • lucky to have bumped here on this video :)

  • I use (benzoyl peroxide) on the spot by neutrogena once in awhile when I get a pimple, and it makes my acne worst. How come? D:

  • I get pimples on the sides of my face and I hate it! But I have had a lot of people tell me to try the drying lotion. But once again you have beautiful skin and I'm going to try some of these products:)

    she's viet

  • lol you seem to use a lot of DBSK songs XD i love them

    ^^

that drying lotion looks really good, i should so try it

  • u r so pretty, and ur skin is FLAWLESS, btw do u use any akin whitening products? if so pls tell me^^ I'm asian too, i have fair skin, but i want it to be like yours! ^^

  • well, I wouldn't say ALL asians want white skin, like alot of asians in teh U.S. want tan skin too. I think white skin kind of symbolizes wealth, high rank, because in the past the people who were poor working in the farms, ended up being tan. while the richer high class people were pale, because they didn't have to do any labor work. And that idea kinda still lingers in most asians countries. Also whiter skin can just be a popular beauty preference, like me!~ ^^ I dont look good tan hahaha~~

  • it's not ridiculous. there are alot of people in the 21st century that love to have fairer skin, just like how the majority of caucasians, and other races like tan skin. it is defintely a beauty preference in asia, even in the middle east.

I find that alot of people like you think that asians are trying to be "white/caucasian" just cause they want fairer skin, and that's TOTALLY WRONG, that's acutally the opposite of what we're trying to do.

  • so would it mean that everybody that is trying to get tan is trying to be more latino? or another tan skinned race??

  • I don't quite agree with that. I'm caucasian and look terrible with a tan or at least I think I do.

    It depends on preference.

  • I really don't think that wanting white skin has anything to do with wanting to be white or caucasian. Although beauty is really influenced by western countries in asia, fair skin like someone else said just had to do with what it represents, and status (the whole farmer example thing) so now people strive for whiter skin.

  • @Rabens888 *nods head*

I just prefer paler skin on East Asians generally.

  • If you tan a lot you will look older later on.

UVA/UVB rays. think about it, that's why most asians don't look their age.

  • I think many asians do look their age. Don't know where you got that from.

  • you're pretty! :)

  • your so pretty

    are u korean?

cause u had a korean song on one of your other vids :)

  • omgg ur sooo pretty !! ^^

  • your videos are great. finally theres someone with oily skin that makes videos.

    i have oily skin too.

when you run out of Garnier Nutritioniste Skin Renew Anti Sun-Damage Daily Moisture Lotion are you going to use a different one?

cause you said you dont recommended it for oily skin. thanks

  • lol may hairs so short :(

  • Wow! You are gorgeous! I love your hair! It makes you look like a doll (I'm sure you get this a lot, LOL!)

  • mario badescu? omg, i'm romanian and I haven't even heard of him before...I'm so ashamed now -.-

thanks for the video, really helpful

  • that mario badescu stuff is awesome... its one of my HGs :)

    im surprised its so unknown...

  • are u wearing circle lenses? :D

  • no i'm wearing regular prescription lenses.

    they're acuvue lenses in sapphire.

  • hello..have u ever used honey as a skincare?? if so, does it work?

  • hi, dear! i have not personally used honey as a skincare before, but i have heard great things from it. honey is great for treating acne, since it is soothing for the skin and has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. some ppl prefer to mix it with aspirin and use it as a mask, while others mix it with almond oil and some lemon to use as a cleanser. if you need more info, please let me know. thanks for asking dear!

  • hi dear, i love ur hair style! what is it call??

  • hi dear! i don't know what the hairstyle is called, but i basically left the back unlayered, while texturizing the sides around my face to give it a bit of an edge.

  • All love the way you smile at the end of the video. i love ya :D

  • you are sooo pretty!

  • Good tips, but that background music was annoying. Not trying to be mean...just my opinion. It didn't go with the video and it was distracting.

  • Neutrogena test on animals =[

  • @hellokittymakeup it is sad that neutrogena in particular tests on animals. But dude do you even realize how many products test on animals? I mean look it up on peta. You're probably using products that test and don't even realize it. If it doesn't say they don't test they do. Dawn soap fucking advertises that they're "saving the wildlife" everytime you buy and they are distributed through proctor and gamble! THEY test on animals. I mean what hypocrites.

  • A couple years ago I discovered that Drying Lotion, but didn't want to buy it because everybody online said to just buy calamine lotion which is in that. Works good...just a tad itchy. The itchiness goes away once it is dry though.

  • i just subscribed, and you are very pretty :)

  • thnx for the info! :) XD what shampoo and conditioner do you use?? your hair is so prettyy ^__^

  • I use the morning burst and i loves it! smells really good and its not harsh. :)

    i loves your hair! :D

  • does it work if i use oil free acne wash microclear neutrogena will it still work, if it does how fast do you know/?

  • OMG how do you keep your skin so pale?....im asian too and i always get tan when the sun comes out.

    Its sooo hard!

  • i called the customer service # to ask. if there isn't a seal on beauty products that ACTUALLY SAYS "we do not test on animals" then the odds are, they do : (

But if it bothers people as much as it bothers me, you can always call the company and ask. it's funny when you do because most places don't wanna say yes. so you end up getting passed around till u get someone who has like, the "authority" to tell the truth LOL.

  • Like your hair in this video! Was wondering how you do it and what you use! Thanks for the tips.

  • hi dear, i just used my Sedu hair straightener to straighten my hair, and that's it. ^.^

  • i used to love garnier products, but i stopped using them because they test on animals a lot : (

  • oh really? wow, i didn't know that! thanks for the info! how do you kno if they test on animals or not?

  • i used to use same toner and lotion by Pureness line from Shiseido. i'm done with the toner so i'm trying Clinique clarifying lotion. i can feel that shiseido's was much more soothing. clinique one smells too much like alcohol i'm afraid it could make my skin more sensitive or something.

  • yeah, the greater the alcohol content, the drier and more irritated your skin will get. that's why it's always better to use a moisturizer after you use your toner. thanks for the info!^^

  • Love your vid and sub ^^ :)

  • thank you for the videos you have been soo helpful

  • aww, thank you dear! i really like ur youtube name!^^

  • you are pretty and sweet =)

thank you for the tips, it is really helped

  • thank you so much!!!^.^

  • oh i love your videosssssssssss

    first time here!

    i love makeup too

just started off making my own videos

feel free to check out if u have time :)

  • Congrats on the 500 subscribers!! Do you have any recommendations for getting rid of blackheads? Thank you!

  • have you tried the biore pore strips? they work well for blackheads on the nose areas. they also have strips for the forehead too.

  • woah girl!! thanks for the info!!

I always love your videos! :D

  • :D yayy ! You deserve it .

    Congrats sweetie <33

  • you deserve more than 500 subscribers ! keep it up ^___^ I use the Morning Burst Clean and Clear ^_^ it sure does wake you up with fresh feeling ^_^ Thanks for all your tips !

  • thank you so much dear! you're so nice!

  • Also, don't eat oily stuff, chips or fried stuff cause that is a very easy way for acne to grow, cause it, i forgot what it was but i somehow reacts to your skin or something and the result may be like a pimple to red dots and stuff.

And have you tried Oxy? I hear its ok

  • btw, i heard toothpaste works as a pimple eraser. does it really?

  • well toothpaste should really be a last resort thing. some contain alcohol in it, and what the toothpaste does is it dries up your pimple. however, since it is not intended for acne use, it can easily dry out and cause irritation to the skin. i really don't recommend it, unless you're in a hurry.

  • CONGRATS ON THE 500!!

  • r u korean? thank u for the tips

  • She's half Chinese and half Vietnamese

  • I could be wrong, but I remember hearing not to use Benzoyl Peroxide and Salicylic Acid in conjunction.

I like the skin care video idea! But I love your others, as well! -xo

  • i don't recommend using both on top of each other, esp. if you have sensitive skin because benzoyl peroxide can be very irritating. but spreading out their use during the day is fine. if you really want to be sure (say, if your skin is extra sensitive), then use it sporadically throughout the week when needed. however, if your skin is that sensitive, try a lower percentage of benzoyl peroxide or don't use it at all, for it could do more harm than good for sensitive skin users.

  • Oh ok! I meant using them not mixed or at the same time, but using them alternating throughout the week. But I didn't know for sure. So thank you so much for clearing that up, sweet friend! -xo

  • Congratulations on all the subscribers,

& great video as always (:

  • thank you so much, makingmochi! you were there for me since i first started out!! <3

  • Thank you so much for posting! ^_^ It's nice to hear what other ppl find that works or doesn't. You're gorgeous! ^.~ Keep up the good work.

  • thank you so much for always encouraging me, dear! much love!^.^

  • toothpaste is good for drying pimples!
