I believe people should enlighten themselves about the rape of the art world by the Nazi's during World War 2 before they start debating this issue.
Besides being rapist, thugs and killers the Nazi's were also very adept at being art thieves. They wrecked havoc in the art world and not only killed innocent men, women and children during their tyranical reign, but also stole most major art collections of prominent familes in Europe. The art needs to be returned to its rightful owners.

we have same cenario one of the famous painting by the Famous Filipino painter Fernando Amorsolo "the spoularium painting" was displayed in Madrid Spain as part of compromised agreement the Philippine govt. bought the painting to get back the historical value of painting back to the Philippines and for the record Philippines was colonized by Spanish govt. from 1589-1898 so no doubt about it.

It was his. There is a picture of it hanging in his Grandma's Home. The Spanish Govt. said the didn't have any reason to return it "Under Spanish Law". The Spanish "Law" doesn't make it right that the painting was stolen, found and held up in the face of it's rightful owner. It shows what "Spanish Law" is though.
They know it's his. It's just that it is a Valuable item, which keeps them from doing the right thing and giving it back to that man.
