His theory of movement is completely different for a washer and dryer made by Fisher Paykel. Yes, you have to open two drawers to run a regular full load, load two machines and that is why the company is loosing millions on their financials on their own website. Over 80 M in New Zealand down the drain the other way. Your not going to make up in volume. If so great, why has not one company made a similar model, both Kitchen Aid and Kenmoore are rebadged FP's in US. Beware F! mean your flood
WOW, what a con, the dishes come to you in the same amount of energy spent with one door and two sliding racks, plus you can fit larger plates and pots. Look at Fisher Paykel New Zealand website and look their annual report, the negative numbers tell you everything. bleeding cash, retrench mode, not a word about quality. New triple flood protection though, pushing via Sears, now a Kenmore. Was plans for U.S. Plant, but you lose 80 mil (NZ) CANCELLED. High end prices with a 12 month warranty
its not to strong a word to say I LOVE my dish drawer - mine is the integrated model, i have bought 2 of them (for 2 separate houses) and have only experienced one issue in 6 years (the impeller in the top drawer - but the bottom worked and the repair was covered under warranty). I would recommend them and buy them again. I live in Australia so i don't know if they are manufactured the same in the US, but mine is great.
@maxinetechgirl .......they're not manufactured here, unless F&P has openned factory here in recent years. THAT MAY BE A BIG REASON THEY FAIL SO EASILY IN US. ...besides being cheaply produced, the packaging is not suffient for long journey to states, especially on east coast. FACTOR IN THE WAREHOUSE PERSONNEL not realizing how fragile they are.......plus AMERICAN SERVICE COMPANIES not familiar how to repair them. ITS THE PERFECT STORM FOR MAJOR PROBLEMS!!!!
i love how all of sudden its such drudgery to put a dirty dish in a regular door dishwasher. hell, might as well wash it by hand then. LOL WHY DONT YOU EXPLAIN HOW MANY PARTS ARE REQUIRED TO JUST SEAL THE LIDS TO DRAWERS????? REGULAR DISHWASHERS USE MECHNICAL DOOR LATCH & TUB SEALS. DISHDRAWERS USE ELECTRICAL CONTROL MODULES, LID MOTORS & MANY OTHER PARTS. MORE PARTS. MORE CHANCE OF UNIT BREAKING DOWN.
