actually being enclosed in ice is not going to get you a cold... the ice itself works as an insulator trapping the body heat inside it so its actually hot in there instead of cold... thermal exchange will be a lot faster on the outside of the iceblock where it is interacting with the moving air.. ask the eskimos :)
