ye, in many cases b2p are far more efficient than food, just bring 100 b2p tabs and half inventory of food, fill up with bones and dont use your fist b2p tb until you have full inventory of bones, i would recommend bringing a tele to house tab if oyur haouse is in polniveach in case of emergencies, bring coins too, to fly to pass or sophanem (if you have contact done)

This is not the fastest way but still kewl guide. GF def1l3d with her ban lolzz. But yah the fastest method which can be up to 90k exp per hour depending on your str level is at armored skeletons under the choas temple in the wilderness using a salve amulet (e) and a gud strength bonus.

runescape has a auto unbann/banning system so if u get enuf black marks itll ban u but if u try and appeal it goes random and picks outta the random, runescape doesnt read all the appeals

guys, training at bandits doesn't necessarily mean training strength... think, Guthan's doesn't have a strength option, so.. there's a defense and attack option... probably training atk or def, if you really think about it very much.
