Is it just me ,I know it's his style but don't you think if he was less animated in his songs he would be a lot better (not saying he's not a great artist) but at time's he can be a little too annimated example is : listen to step by step from the album and listen to how he's singing it now,theres no comparison and he's not even animated on the album version.

@Pryncenyck I am agree with you. Unfortunately I think he doesn't reach the the high pitched notes anymore, therefore he animates.

@Pryncenyck The original album together with "L is for Lover" and "High Crime" are for me personally one of the best pop music albums ever made. After 20 years of listening to them I still can't get enough of it. You are right, In my opinion too Al doesn't have the same smooth groove anymore as on those albums. Still his shows are a delight to watch because his amazing band carries him very well. No disrespect for Al though. He is and will always be amazing. We all age. Glad he still performs.
