Perfect timing for me. I had no real parents, and I put my trust in a much older guy, and labeled the relationship "fatherly". When he turned on me yesterday and told me "you don't give a shit about anyone's feelings"...I realized...this was soooo strange. What on earth would make him presume he knows what I feel or think? He is so far from the truth-but had some ugliness in him that was so consuming-he needed to vent. Why, would I replace the bad dad of my youth-with a new one? :/
