yeah people do corks off of stairs, i used to along time ago before i focused more on grind than flips. Skating isnt about all flips anymore. I learned it took just nuts to do flips and less skill and you got less respect. So i focused on grinding ledges and curbs.

thats called progessing. and its no fun unless you are progressing. it nice to the same trick but still. The most people who progress quickly are skating with their friends and having a session. the funnest time i have is having a session. sessions = skating with friends getting props= the funnest time i have skating. skating by myself is lame.

so when rodney mullun skated in his garage in the country for all those years that was lame? he didnt have no one else to skate with the nearest park was 20 miles away and his family had no car at the time. if its lame to skate alone then i may needto re think why i idolise some one who built somthing from nothing, made a totally different style of skating compared to the main stream street skating we see today. sure skating in a bunch is great, but skating alone can progress further somtimes

plenty of people were skating with rodney mullen. He had way more people doing freestyle than they are doing now. Wth? I remember when i first picked up a skate board. I had one in 1986 i got for christmas. Oh shit, yeah 1986. So he wasnt skating by himsel all the time. He was in competitions all the time. Probably some his best progression. As bob burnquist, as tony hawk, Danny Way. And rodney is a total different type of person. But back to my original point, corks are easy on tramps

And anybody can do anything on a trap. Try that in snow or on a vert ramp or if you got ball go out on street and try it off a 10 stair.
