@sunsetdrive-Ali was never going to pick Frank, It was edited to look like she was so more int Frank than she was. They had to make her other relationships look more than they were. Everyone connected with the show said in interviews that it was so obvious in each episode it was Roberto that they cut half of his dates out. We were cheated out of so much. People have requested unedited versions. They had to keep Frank in just to make it look interesting.

I'd like to think that she would've chosen Roberto anyway -- that maybe she was already in love with him -- but we'll never know that one. But that's just as well, considering that Roberto's much more mature than Frank.
