  • Wow! I been exercising all most every day, today is my 1 and only rest day.

    But how much exercise should I do a day? Someone says I should do 40 or 30 minutes of workouts to losing the fat off my body. I can't hear or understand the last part on the end of this video.

  • I was thinking about buying the full audio but i did the 30 euro conversion and no way can I spend that much on an audio track. thats half a weeks shopping for me. :O

  • I bought the audio like 2 maybe 3 weeks ago, basically right when she put it up! Personally, I think you're making a mistake, because if you are overweight, you've probably spent wayyy more money on ineffective solutions....

  • It makes me laugh when 22 stone people say they like being fat.

    It's only because they don't have the will power, and love their burgers way too much, to do something about losing weight.

    So get off your fat asses people, and lose the blubber!

  • i'm not saying that this does not work , just that 5kg per month isn't healthy, it's not the right way. Max 2kg per month is allowed. I'm saying this cause people get the wrong idea "wow, 5kg/month, noo 10kg.month, yes, i'll go with this one". Like if u lose only 2 u'll get bored waiting for results and start eating again..:)) i would insist on the longevity or the long run of program... which is what is great about this program
