  • ??? Why arn't people using this ???

  • This guy must have made millions xD

  • Yeah right, Like the U.S Government is really going to welcome a HHO car. GM or Ford will just cock block it!

  • omfg were guna use all the water now

  • Why not just buy an Xbox 360 - Those things are forever running to hot xD.

  • haha your all idiots this is fake as shit

  • you gotta sell to the gov before the gov gets you. its the only way to live. to play their game.

  • It's called brown's gas... it's nothing new. It's been developed years ago for underwater welding.

Notice how they said his car has been modified to run on both water and gas? The gas is used to generate the electricity needed to charge the water. The water can be a more efficient burning medium to get the car moving, but can not be used to generate more electricity to charge more water.

  • @xxnetoxx1 Hahaha! wish i could give you TWO thumbs up.

  • Thumbs up if you knew this Hydrogen Power has existed since the 1930's

  • people who come up with this shit need to keep it to themselves or else theyre bought out or killed by oil companies god i hate the oil companies like ino your making shit tons of money but come on do whats right for the earth for once... i mean come on.

  • what happened to stanley myers water powered car?

  • The irony is, water vapour, unlike CO2, really is a greenhouse gas. Imagine what cities will be like with every car spewing water vapour. Days and nights will be unbearable and the climate really will warm up. Stupidity and irony, working together to destroy the world.

  • @vladtepesblogdotcom lol, every city would be like Vietnam humidity wise

  • @vladtepesblogdotcom oh yea your right water is definitely not the way to go we should stay with fossil fuels oh and while were at it lets make the cars all use diesel and put as many chemicals in it as possible oh heck lets just use radioactive waste that's better then using water!!! are u really that dense what the hell are you talking about water is a greenhouse gas are you some kind of uneducated idiot tons of water is evaporated everyday what do u think clouds are made of pixie dust.

  • @SoulsOfThePure I will ignore your scorn till you have found the answer to the following question: 'Why is the jungle so hot at night while the dessert is so cold? Even when both have the same daytime temperature?'

  • @vladtepesblogdotcom Your Assuming that the when its burnt it is then expelled into the atmosphere... cars can just as easily condense it and then drain the water tank into a reservoir for drinking or what ever.

  • @SoulsOfThePure Thank you for the civil reply. Yes this could work. But chances are that if we used Hydrogen for power, even assuming you could get hydrogen for less cost than burning fossil fuels or uranium, you would end up with a lot of water vapour. At this moment of history, fossil fuels and nuclear are the rational way to go. Someday technologies will exist that allow energy that satisfy rational and even just fashionable demands. Thanks for the civil discourse.

  • @vladtepesblogdotcom Fossil fuels are the way to go only because our infrastructure is set up to process and use it, disregarding what the video is toting, the use of burning hydrogen with oxygen that came from water is just a way of storing and converting energy, it is not the power source, in case of the video the energy to power his car came from the electricity he used to create the gas from water.

  • @vladtepesblogdotcom Water vapor in the air would be a problem on mass scale i agree, however water condenses on its own and will return to a liquid state and will no longer contribute to global warming where as carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide must go through chemical processes to no longer warm our planet.

  • @vladtepesblogdotcom short circuiting the water condensing on its own is why i mention that we collect and use it for drinking or what ever as it would be fairly clean water.

On terms with the cost it is in fact cheaper to use solar energy to convert water to hydrogen and oxygen and use that to power our civilizations, the only draw back is cost of setting it up in the first place.

  • @SoulsOfThePure bloody letter count limiter making me post 3 posts

  • @SoulsOfThePure Thanks again for an interesting discussion instead of heaping scorn. At this time, the cost of separating hydrogen from water is more expensive than the cost of fossil fuels. I remain unconinced that 'man-made' (ancient forests storing CO2 as liquid, re-released to atmosphere) is a threat in any way. However if it is, then nuclear at this time seems ideal. Cheap, abundant and safe and Yucca mountain is capable of storing vast amounts of nuclear waste.

  • @vladtepesblogdotcom U seem not totally sure about the use of fossil fuels and its contribution to global warming, I'm not trying to convince you just offer my insight over Hydrogen based technology, so ill explore the alternative u mentioned Nuclear, Nuclear IS A SOURCE OF ENERGY... however it is not ideal as it is a fairly finite resource in terms of fissionable material and nuclear engines are far to massive for smaller vehicles so therefore electricity would power :see above post:

  • @vladtepesblogdotcom them and your back to the problem of storage, which would either be batteries, capacitors or water- Hydrogen oxygen.

Nuclear waste is radioactive for thousands of years and a economy of our magnitude would result in so much nuclear waste that our earth would be poisoned and uninhabitable within a century.

  • @vladtepesblogdotcom also im sorry about the first post i sent it actually wasn't me but my silly younger sister so my apologies

  • @vladtepesblogdotcom If you really think that fossil fuels dont hurt you or the planet, please kindly do this scientific experiement since your a scientific thinker and all

1 Forward this experiment to everyone that thinks like you

2 Get a garden hose and duck tape it to the exhaust pipe of your car in the garage, or outside your house,

3 Put the other end of the hose, in your room and put duck tape on all air openings in your room.

    4 Turn your car on

5 Go to sleep in your room with car running

  • @DarkDragon187II And if you really think that water vapour doesn't cause genuine global warming do the following experiment:

    1. Tie an anvil to your feet with a heavy chain and a lock

    2. Get a someone who knows how you reason to take you to a deep point on the surface of the ocean

3 get pushed in and hold your breath as long as you like.

This experiment is exactly as meaningful in terms of the science of AGW as your little bit of BS above.

  • @vladtepesblogdotcom Carbon Dioxide (CO2) is recycled by plants you might say. but not Carbon Monoxide (CO), there is a TOTAL difference. Your experiment is more BS than mine and has no comparison to mine.

Look at the scam for co2 emissions on cars, why dont they test the CO emissions?

But when you buy a car there is a sticker on the door window claiming that gases that run our vehicles cause cancer, in which they most certainly do, but they make you believe its CO2, not CO

  • @DarkDragon187II Please note; Do it in thise order. Foward it to everyone first! :D

  • @Digiscat THANKS FOR THE ADD ON!!!!!

  • i am waiting....... 2.5 years and I still don't see it in cars!

  • @KiranGlitch

Yeah, if this is so revolutionary, how come it hasn't been all over the news. Why are companies working on electric cars and useless hybrids when we have this thing sitting in the pipeline.

I wonder what the hold-up is, ... or the catch.

  • @Usethebanana If they cant put a dollar on it, they wont release it until they make profit off of it. We live in the petroleum era (which most historians classify it as) The federal reserve isn't government property, it is privately owned. And when those private owners money flow is interrupted by something great like this or even salt water running cars (also on youtube) they will put a lid on it. Look up wireless free electricity, that has been patented since 1890, Edisons competition.

  • @DarkDragon187II haha, excellent !! SoulsofThePure give DarkDragon187II a High Five !

  • @Usethebanana The government doesn't want water powered cars because it will change the world.

  • @Usethebanana The world runs of money doesn't it? which is more profitable, oil or water?

  • @SoulsOfThePure

    1. There's no way in hell, this thing ONLY needs water. Water doesn't do anything by itself, you need electricity or another component. So start taxing that instead of oil

    2. Which is more profitable? Oil or water?

For the oil-company, oil of course. But that doesn't matter, 'cause... =>

For the car manufacturer, NEITHER! A car manufacturer sells cars, not oil or water. If they can sell a shitload of these cars, they will do so. Oil-company-bankruptcy is not their problem.

  • @Usethebanana If you don't mind me asking, how much do you know about Hydrogen energy?

  • @SoulsOfThePure

Enough to know that Hydrogen can not be found but needs to be produced. Water is a highly stable molecule, you need to put in a decent amount of energy to get it to do anything

But even if you could pull H2 out of thin air, it doesn't change the fact that the energy doesn't matter for car manufacturers. If they need combustion engines to sell cars, great. If people consider EV's, "cool, let's do that". So if they find a car that has 0 consumption, it will sell, so they'll sell.

  • @Usethebanana I don't really understand what your trying to say, there are already hydrogen cars, take the BMW hydrogen 7 for example... they also have 16 hydrogen refilling stations in Los Angeles... What i was curious was if you knew that the bonding of hydrogen and oxygen in itself produces electricity.

  • @SoulsOfThePure

    (part 1)

That is the principle of preservation of energy. If you need to put in energy to get them apart, you will get energy when putting them back together.

But the hydrogen itself is beside the point I was trying to get across. People here are telling:

    A. this 'process' is the future and should be fantastic for cars

    B. the governement wants to stay with oil

(so it's basically all a conspiracy).

    So my question is:

    A. if this is so great, easy, efficient, clean,... (continue)

  • @SoulsOfThePure

    (part 2)

... why aren't we seeing it in all cars then? It would sell like incredibly well, so the car manufacturers would want it. So they're out of the "conspiracy"

    B. Governement would like to be more oil-independent because we need to purchase our oil mostly from ME. Making 'us' vulnerable to terrorism through oil. And they need to be green as well these days.

So,... either H2 isn't all that great and I would like to know why, or there's a worldwide conspiracy... yeah right.

  • @SoulsOfThePure

If there's only 16 H2 refilling stations and a ridiculously expensive 7-series is pretty much the only H2-car that exists for... 7 years? 8 years? What is then the problem with H2? There has to be. It's impossible for an energy-source to be all good, nothing bad, and still being mostly unused.

  • @Usethebanana forgive me but i still do not really understand what you are trying to say... There are many, many another sources of clean and renewable energy. Including wind energy, solar energy, tidal energy, wave energy, geothermal energy and so on... completely clean and safe. Why arn't any of these energy sources being used to their full potential...? Money.

  • @SoulsOfThePure

I am saying that 'people' either need to come up with decent facts for their conspiracy theories as well as prove that Hydrogen almost has no disadvantages, or stop being paranoid.

And 'money' is not the issue. There is PLENTY of money in the green energy business, solar panel companies are booming. The reason it took a while before being used "to their full potential" is because there is NO "full potential". Efficiency for solar panels, generators and so on... (continue)

  • @SoulsOfThePure

(continue)... was too low. These ways of creating energy costed more than they saved, they created more waste than they diminished. These days we have better materials, better technologies and it has become far more profittable to use alternative energy-sources. Where possible of course (solar power in Belgium is not nearly as effective as it is in California e.g.). THAT is why it has taken so long to take off. Money is not the only constraint.

  • @SoulsOfThePure

Another example, look at electric cars. Electric cars weren't beneficial up until now, because of new lighter materials, better aerodynamics, more efficient engines, and especially much better batteries.

Granted, some politics and lack of interest may have slowed down the process, but if there is money in a business, people will invest. Technology has simply taken a while before it started to become profitable for introduction to a larger audience.

  • Heat is heat. There isn't a "flame" that will melt steel but not your hand. Rubbish.

  • @HardcoreVGVs they can convert salt water into fresh water and im sure they could make this more efficient if they spent more time on it. so i think we'll be fine

  • @phonebush Desalinization is a bit more simple than breaking down water molecules. Lol.

  • @zjd92 you obviously didnt read the comment i was replying to because your comment makes no sense if you did

  • I keep seeing people say it takes a lot of electricity to "make" hydrogen, when that's not what he is doing. The electrolysis simply splits hydrogen from oxygen, it doesn't "make" anything.

  • didn't he go missing???

  • Many posters here seem to believe that only the government can invent anything. And that all technologies have already been invented.

They also are likely obama supporters that think everything should be owned by the government and everything should be regulated, controlled, and distributed by the government. In other words, They are socialist.

  • The problem is that Hydrogen fuel based systems aren't a good alternative to fossil fuel, as it takes a lot of electricity to to make the hydrogen. Less than 1% of the world's electricity is produced by burning fossil fuels.

Hydrogen as a alternate fuel source is bogus. As an energy store hydrogen is excellent, as a fuel it's rubbish.

  • Lol noobs my blastoise can do that for years.

  • how is he able to touch the flame?

  • Oh I get it now- this is a parody right, like the onion?

  • hydrogen is flammible so it makes sense

  • The idea that he went 100 miles on 4 ounces is complete bull shit. Gas was used to do so, Simply put there isn't enough bond energy in that amount of water to go that distance. This isn't some conspiracy or cover up where the guy was mysteriously killed, its a long known application of the process of hydrolysis used as a hoax, ask a chemistry professor, he'll call bull shit

  • Damnit, stole my idea.

  • Nothing new. Any highschool graduate knows about electrolysis.

  • to all you people who think hes god or somethingf he uses more energy than he gains he turns electrical energy in to chemical energy its a waste its excellenty for its applications in welding but to power a car come on!!!

  • well, the second he invented it was the second it was gone.... big money makers will never accept this.... if they did we would have gone Nicola Teslas way and would have lived 200 years in the future.... but greedy people will never let that happen.

  • I FUCKING LOVE CAPITALISM!

  • if hho been tested why wait we are killing earth by using petroleum products save earth

and save your self and you family. Go what are you waiting for.

  • if hho been tested why wait we are killing earth by using petroleum products save earth

and save your self and you family.

  • Think about how much money and how many lives were spent going to Iraq to get oil and what fraction of that could have been spent on developing this technology. But to the leaders of our corrupt world, money is greater than human lives and the survival of the planet. GG humans.

  • That is NOT Atomc Hydrogen Welding.... Learn what it REALLY is before saying stuff taht is not accurate, please.

  • I want one!!!!!

  • Dude I went from Guiness World Records, to cops getting knocked out, and now I'm here... Wtf youtube?

  • My theory is that this 'water technology' doesn't exist because of the massive inefficiency of using excessive electricity to turn a bit of water into the gasoline equivilent

  • but it might melt my work LOL

  • an oil or petroleum company probably bought him out and squashed the idea.

this was october 7th 2008. why arent we using water-powered cars?

  • Is there a way you could generate the electricity using a eco friendly method (i.e solar or wind power?)

  • hey if u use the HHO welder to make hydrogen instead of making heat then u can make pure hydrogen right??

  • looks like its the future but it has a ton of flaws

  • holy shit monkies

  • And how old is this shit.. Why havnt we switched over to this method

  • GENIUS

  • hotter than the surface of the sun? please....

  • great idea and technology but water already costs more than gasoline, a litre of water costs about 2-3 dollars as opposed to the 75cent and 1.50 extremes of gas prices

  • @smokedontcry thats bottled water......tap water is like 1000x cheaper.....

  • @smokedontcry where are you buy in gas

  • @smokedontcry

Hah you got to be a total idiot to pay 2-3 dollars for a litre of water.

Spoiler: most of it comes straight from a tap.

  • @smokedontcry I would not run it on Perrier.

  • Because we certainly have an unlimited supply of water.

  • @unit3727 we have more than fuckin oil!

  • @noaboa75 Yeah and if everything runs on water like it did oil what will happen?

  • sure go right and put valuable and innovating technology for the support of the military...it's not like society needs renovable fuels, we like to burn fosil fuels and inhale the smoke MMMMMM cancer! yummy

  • they need to find another source other than water! how bout pee!

  • @jamjr1972 Focking agree with you

  • This technology is overrated, the torch doesn't burn at 6000ºC, the hottest it can get is 2800ºC, it relys on an external energy source in this case electricity that could be otherwise used for plasma cutting and arc welding. Gasoline cutting is probably the best way to cut any metal you come accross. Electricity in the US comes mainly from coal, that sounds good for the environment... His car is not a breakthrough, nothing to see here people, proceed to the exit...>

  • @yellowmetalcyborg is it coincidence that every example you used to shoot down this effort results in lovely lovely pollution?

  • @sacraficialangel7 That's my main point, they are saying that this machine is good for the environment because only water comes out as a byproduct, but they don't look at where the energy is coming from. In the US it comes from coal. In France it comes from nuclear which is MUCH cleaner than coal. What I think is even worse is the spreading of the idea that hydrogen increases gas mileage which is not true.

  • @yellowmetalcyborg Fair point. In Scotland it's pretty easy to connect to a supplier who gets their power from hydro or wind only. I don't agree that nuclear power is at all clean. It's very difficult to dispose of the waste safely and it's not at all cost effective. Sure, while it's producing power it's totally clean, but cleaning it up is not worth it. Geothermal power is absolutely abundant and totally clean, and can be used to reduce the risks of volcanic eruptions and earthquakes :D

  • @sacraficialangel7 That's the thing with renewable, output fluctuates and you have to be in the right place to harness power. Nuclear is much more dependable and accessible to all countries than renewable energy. It's also cheaper than ALL the other energy sources. Yes I know it isn't completely clean but in terms of energy, there's no silver bullet. I'm waiting for fusion power, that's the ultimate energy source for all of us, I just hope comercialization will happen during my lifetime...

  • I want to fuck all oil company shareholders and dump them into the oil wells.

  • @fascista1933 don't fuck them... I don't want you to catch anything or become contaminated :/

  • it wont produce anymore electricity than it consumes.

  • @membola True, I don't understand why so many people think the opposite is true.

  • people now days only care about money, they dont give a shit if this can help save the planet. as long as they get rich off of it they're happy. fucking rich old white people i tell ya

  • The old guy you saw in this video was murdered, now his brother is trying to run his company,

  • there have been German, japanese and American inventors that have built water powered engines in the pass 30 yrs. the American was killed his lab was looted, the german was imprisoned and the japanese guys invention was taken over by a corporation then the project was shut down

if you threatened the global elites matrix like enslavement system you will be taken out

  • its not using water to torch it, its seperating H2O into its Hydrogen & Oxygen components & then igniting them.

this process works great but uses shit tons of electricity.

  • @jessnjon15 electricity is a renewable source, gasoline on the other hand isnt. you do the math.

  • Electricity is not a resource at all. It's a force which can be produced by resources, some renewable, some non-renewable. I don't mean to discount the awesomeness of this technology, but of course it's still dependent on other sources of electricity. Thankfully, as I'm sure most of us now, energy (for making electricity) is nothing but abundant on this planet.

  • @jessnjon15

not if you add an electrolyte to the water.

You can run a car on this. I have seen it.

  • @jessnjon15 and hydrogen is verry unstable so if we made a car out of it it might blow up lol.

  • if hho been tested why wait we are killing earth by using petroleum products save earth

and save your self and you family. Go what are you waiting for.

  • @schizotace Because you need to burn fossil fuels to generate electricity to then power the machine that creates HHO.

  • @OJZortis Wrong. There are many ways to generate electricity that do not involve fossil fuels - hydro, geotherm, solar, nuclear to name a few. The point is that there are ways to create high-energy / density content fuels to power transportation.

  • @jessnjon15 if hho been tested why wait we are killing earth by using petroleum products save earth

and save your self and you family. Go what are you waiting for.

  • you also could use compressed air as fuel

the government just want's to fool us all

  • This was shown on FOX news and so explains the stupidity of it all.

  • so instead of using all of the "fossil fuels" we'll use up all the fresh water.

    YAY!

  • @GibsonSpecialist and split it, and burn it, and turn it back into water... problem?

  • hey can ants melt under a magnifying glass? cuz i just killed one on my "fake wood"(soft rubbery things) and the head seens to come off and now theres a red/yellow dot that looks alot like a pimple on my floor

  • @XxstryaexX1 you probably boiled its blood and made it explode xD

  • right his very "unique" electrolysis process.... and this 94 escort wagon can fly... Unless I'm mistaken, and this dude has done in his garage what no scientist, with all their fancy lab equipment, has, there is NO way to get more energy out of the Hydrogen than you put in. Really cool flame, but as for traveling "exclusively on water" you need the gasoline to make the electricity to make the HHO, unless the shell of the car was a pv cell....

  • @insaneclone13 so the hydrogen bomb is not producing more energy than was put in?

  • @insaneclone13 Two points here: 1- The Microcomputer Software Company was started by a college dropout in a garage. Now Bill Gates is a multi-billionaire with the largest computer company in the world.

2- The electric charge could come from a battery (quite similarly to how current engines have a battery for their electric systems) and then the hydrogen engine recharges it (how current hybrid cars work).

This is America, and absolutely ANYTHING is possible.

  • @taurip90 In America many things are possible, but NOT violating the laws of thermodynamics.

  • @taurip90 Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak started a computer company in a garage, Bill gates started a SOFTWARE company in a hotel room doing basic, for many computers including the Apple and later Mac computers made by Apple Inc.

  • @insaneclone13 I'm sure plenty of scientists have done it several times through different ways... but companies buy and bury all those technologies.

  • WHY THE FUCK DON'T WE HAVE THIS?!

I WANT TO BURN MY HOUSE DOWN WITHOUT ENDANGERING MYSELF!

  • Doesn't matter what we do the world will still blow itself

  • What a bullshit! This demonstrate how stupid and gullible many journalists are.

  • Maybe a miracle will happen, he'll live & prosper & the have's will let us all have it. Maybe humanity is finally mature enough to let it become. Let's imagine 1k Klines in a row, eventually one will finally push through the wall & we will have what the world needs. If enough ppl keep inventing it over & over, finally it will have to be accepted. Fossil fuels are used for tons of stuff besides fuel.. . we can all move over a tad, adjust & let a new way in that is a win win for everyone.

  • if he can run his car off water then why keep it a water-gas hybrid..

  • @baconstory asked, "if he can run his car off water then why keep it a water-gas hybrid?"

The answer is because he doesn't run it off of water, he runs it off of pressurized hydrogen gas (or perhaps, far more dangerously, hydrogen & oxygen, if he's nuts).

He can't store enough of it in the car to get reasonable driving range, so he needs gasoline to get home when he runs out of hydrogen. (Also, there aren't a lot of hydrogen filling stations available, if you should run out away from home.)

  • God, It doesn't burn WATER! Fuck. It burns A Hydrogen oxygen mix. The water is split into the two. That's what burns! It's exactly like an acetylene torch, only not as effective.

  • @Saddler1234

thank you. I thought I was the only educated person here :)

  • @NeeDeX, unless 2/3 of the participants here are under the age of 7 or 8, then most of the comments here (not yours!) are a devastating indictment of American public education. What astonishing ignorance and paranoia. No wonder we elect people like Pres. Barrack Obama and Rep. Ron Paul and Rep. Hank Johnson. /watch?v=zNZczIgVXjg

  • this is fake

  • whoa awesome, this guy beat me,when i was in 7th grade my friend and i once argued that one day 1 of us wud create a car r device which uses primarily water has an energy source.i hope his invention gets big and spread across the globe, this clean n safe method,n i hope its fairly available to the masses.

  • so where does the electricity for electrolysing the water come from? Hardly water fuelled is it? It's a hydrogen and electric hybrid. That's definitely impressive, but hardly what the reporters where trying to tell you. It still needs another power source in addition to water. As for the welding, very impressive, especially the 'cool' flame.

  • @matt7777uk agreed. it'd surely be a better idea just to have a plain simple electric car and be done with it...

  • ye its fucking ridiculous ,this will become in use when water gets banned and sold hard mode and no more fucking oil

  • i bet "scientists" already knew this... what they didn't know was that someone else would find it out... i don't know but some say here that this guy is already dead. i bet they killed him if its true..

  • I noticed this video is from 2008, sad...

  • oil = money for the worlds leaders. water = no money for them. thats why we still use oil. renember, money is more important then saveing our planet to them.

  • This is old news, but for those who don't know this inventor is dead, No reports as to what happened or what caused his death.

  • i need one, my garage must have this.

  • We are living in the Internet Age right now, if his plans are posted on the Internet, the world will be freed from corporate control over any kind of fuel! Anyone would be able to use their own!

  • I hope this does well

  • in the words of Peter Griffin, "WHY AREN'T WE FUNDING THIS!" lol

  • "Microsoft came out of no where, came out of the garage. Why not hydrogen technology"

  • Seems so simple as a resolution to a lot of problems, but makes the Elite no money. If they can't make $ off of it, we do without.

  • Damnit Fox 26, in this house we obey the laws of thermodynamics!

  • I hope he doesnt end up murdered.

You know... Lots of money behind oil companies

  • @aisrael1 He is already dead unfortunately.

  • what is his name? why is the site deleted? if it safe why not use it? how and where to get the ebook? i can go on but ask ur self?

  • where is the website gone ? what happened to this ?

  • @seanoceallachain what do u think? oil companys probably killed te guy because they would lose billions thanks to his idea... does guys r all sons of a bitch that should be killed... the world could be free a oil by now if it wasnt for does ass.holes

  • @CFDarKSouLthe site is still up ------ hytechapps

  • where does the technology first go?

to the military!!! oh we're so good at killing each other.

  • Comment removed

  • What the hell, her first thought is the price of water!

  • The oil companies will probably buy him out or buy his patent

  • Don't let the oil companies bully you, they are trying to get the offshore drilling ban lifted because "we will need _ _ % more energy in the future" they are our drug dealers and we are hooked

  • how much energy does it take to convert the water to HHO?

what's the efficieny of the entire process?

  • water is going to be the oil of the 21st century
