  • Thanks 4 sharing.... U can hear Robrts mechanics plus Mr. BonaHammz timeless effort to back his Mate TY

  • good version! john paul jones was on top of his game on this song

  • No known footage of 72' in California exists :/

  • ZEP!!

  • Yeah, that's about how I remember it. There are moments, but...

  • @luap1236 i believe slush was the other??

  • Hey man do you have this Led Zep concert? I don't the title but I know the date of it.

    7/21/69

If you have it, could you put up "You Shook Me" from the concert on? Thanks.

  • o john paul jones how are you so gifted ??? I hate my fingersssssss

  • this is the closest he'll ever get to the studio version

  • 3:33 XD

  • This version is closest to the album out of all the live versions. Great show despite Plant's voice cracking all over the place.

  • i think that houses of the holy was zeps best compositional album. I know IV had Stairway and everything, but not many songs on that album just totally blew my mind like almost every song on houses of the holy did.

  • this is very interesting. the Japan tour of 72 was when Robert Plant had throat problems and after this tour he lost alot of his high range. it's interesting to hear his voice crack several times on this version. he's still hitting the notes, but what was effortless up til now became difficult and non-existent a few months later.

  • omg what a find!! this is amazing!!!

  • Except rick astley lmao i just got that!

  • Zep could blow more energy off the stage than 100 of the bands out today.

  • except Rick astley

  • mostly of the bands today are a shit.. of course only few ones are cool... but very very far from this band

  • I've got the 10/03/72 boot on vinyl LP. This version here is just....wow!!!!!!!!

  • Incredible bass work by Mr. Jones on this one!

  • We have this cleaning product call ZEP at my work. It'll cut though anything.

  • ha ha ha ha. great.

  • this is the closest you can get to the studio as you can get live. it sounds like japan was their testing grounds right outta the studio.

  • Appearntley when they played Japan the audience loved them so much that they played all the material they had, and a ton of covers, yet they still kept asking for more. So Jimmy Page said 'We have nothing more, that's it.'

  • @Bluesmen88 must have been a long concert

  • THE MASTER'S!~

  • Look for the 6.21.77 version of TSRTS, Jimmy's guitar and Bonzo's drumming are out of this world. Shows just how tight they still could be even in 1977.

  • bonzo owned 77

  • Clown!

  • goodluck trying to find these bootlegged audio clips with matching bootlegged video clips.

  • i have this show in full and find it very very hard to believe that it wasnt professionally recorded. it is simply perfect!! and this is back in 72.

  • Sounds like Jimmy maxed out the settings on his Marshalls the sound is HUGE!

  • JET!~

  • Beautiful Version!!!

  • What are you guys talkin about. The 1973 shows and especially the "1975" shows were phenomenal. Watch the zep live dvd of Earls Court 1975. Are you kidding. Their polished and tight. They started slipping in 1977 and on. Even 1977 had some great shows!

  • Why is 1975 in quotes?

  • BONZO!!!!!

  • what the hell happened to them in 73 that made them take such a nosedive?

  • what do u mean?

  • their live performances post-1972 are clearly inferior to those on how the west was won, bbc sessions, etc.

  • I think It is in part beacause Plant's vocals wore out around 73, may be too much strain on his vocals chords to get the high notes. Also, after 73 they were already super rich so they did not have to prove that they can perform at their fullest.

  • Post 1972 concerts weren't inferior they were just changing for the better, for example Kashmir, Achilles, Trampled Underfoot, they probably would've never been what they were if the band itself didn't progress to newer and different things

  • I was at this concert, 15 years old (Yamato HS) dad was USAF stationed at Yokota AFB. All remember it was a awesome concert. LZ played 2 hours straight with no breaks.

  • You are soo fortunate. That's awesome.

  • the bass riffs are intense. John Paul Jones is too great.

  • Damn this is a great recording. It feel like i'm at the show. I love both the live and studio version. Live version is arrange different to make up the multi guitar layers of the studio but Page pulls off an amazing job. Love it. Thanx RikyH !!!

  • the beginning of this song is so fking powerfull make me chill til the end of the song

  • Zep Rule

  • sound quality is pure raw power

  • This is awesome i love this song so much

  • what a blistering version. Zep-prior 73 was the best

  • thanks I was look for qaulity boots in 72 and 73, and not alot of people have them
