if you want i prefer going to the hospital its more humane than to have it at home lol it anounces you when your motherr is going to have a child if you dont click on her and make her go to the hopital shell just have it at home :)

I don't really like how the Sims 3 babies are in blankets, and I can't believe they took the bottle feature away and the bottles just pop out of no where.. that's a Sims 1 effect right there.

well i started by making my 2 sims bf and gf then they got engaged and then i made them have babies.

You can also adopt a baby, but they probably won't look anything like the sims you've got
