@ZoieTee I highly recommend a product from OPI called Drip Dry, how it works is you leave your polish to dry for a minute, drip a dop if Drip Dry on your polish (2 drops if your nails are longer) It makes your polish touch dry in one minute and thoroughly dry in 5 minutes. This works for flat polishing, but for nail art where you have layers overlapping, i'd give it 10 minutes! Its fabulous!
