But really, who the hell cares about "per capita"? What people care about are champions, and Mexico has produced 116 world champions and PR 42. Those are the only numbers that count, PERIOD. As for "quality of champions," Mexico's greatest fighters far exceed anything PR has produced. And it's not even close.
