At 6:08 why is the engine 2 master switch off?? Do pilots sometimes taxi with one engine running after they land?

747's sometimes switch off 2 engines for taxi to save fuel, don't know about the airbus though.

But I´ve seen this only on 4 engines planes!

In a taxi of a A340-600 the swiched off engine 2 and 3!

But this is usually not done in a taxi of a a321!
