Not to be a bother but, in which files did you find these "cos" hex values?

Cos refers to the character cos(in chun li's case: CNL_01.cos.emz) By editing the values in the unpackaged dat file you can remove objects from view. They are still there, but st4 doesn't load them as a texture.
