its called a fan brush..i got mine from coastal scents for like 3.00$..after washing it and using it about 5 times i can tell now why it was cheep...if you buy this brush i would recomed u buy it at sephora or M.A.C..because mine pretty much feel apart in about a week and a half. ha..the actual fan brush is amazing tho..just not the one from coastal scents!! :] ha hoped this helped
