@loka554 pues tiene mucho que ver, ya que si es el padre el UNICO que sabe español y NUNCA esta en casa y encima la maltrata pues es obvio que NO sabe español.
La unica razon por la q ella hizo el album en español fue para conectarse con sus raizes latinas, nunca tuvo tiempo de aprenderlo solo por fonetica.
Entiendo que suene patetico que ella sea media latina y no hable español, pues si no te has dado cuenta no es la unica hay muchas personas igual que ella.

@loka554 creo q deberias informarte mas sobre su vida antes de atacar. Ella tiene raices latinas pero nunca hablo español. Su padre era el unico que hablaba español y como sabras (eso espero) su padre nunca estaba en casa y cuando estaba solo las maltrataba a ella y a su madre.
Ella hizo un album en español pero solo por fonetica, NO sabe español.

In a Interview in Mexico (I like it was 2001-you can search for the interview in Mexico) she said in english that she can't understand spanish. Only at the moment when she heard the translation in english she could answer to that question!
Even if your accent is good, she can't understand it like mother language!

Shes not from argentina, her father is ecuatorian, and her mother is from england with irish descendent.
She used to speak spanish when she was little, but because she didnt have nobody to practice it, she forgot. But she has a great accent :D

@Yanire360 I never listened to that album. But anyway, having a good accent has nothing to do with your origins, you just need to have a good ear adn as she's a singer, that sounds logic. But anyway, I meant that if she'd been speaking fluently by the past, that wouldn't have been that difficult for her to say the sentence in the video. You really can tell that she doesn't even understand what she's saying as she need someone to memorize it. That's it

@nemesisdelaudela Not because she is a singer she has to have a good spanish accent, there are many "singers" who have tried to sing in spanish but failed. And well is you would know something more about her life or her albums we woulnd have this conversation. Like i said before she doesnt speak spanish, that means that she doesnt even understand it (expect a few words). I think that makes more incredible that she was able to do an album in spanish without speaking the language :)
