Try torrents or alike but if you want legal than i'd suggst some gamming bazars becose it is probably not sold annymore.

i like that as well ^^ its one of the funniest things in this game at all, shooting or burning isn't funny for long time. trying to get @ secret places or under the map rules xD

Practice is the ONLY thing that helps with this. It does take a bit to get used to, but by using this technique you can climb damn near anything in this game(as seen in the second video)

It's from the muppets. Something along the lines of "MaNuhNaNuh", unfortunately there's a ton of variations as to how people spell it, so it might take a bit of searching to find it.
