It does cost considerable amounts of money to have these type of accounts that funimation has. Only the lowest level acount is free. Director level and higher cost per month. So these commercials pay for you to be able to watch free anime in it's entirety.

I looked up Kiddy Grade in Wikepedia and I'm afraid I agree with its view of the series. Whilst I do like the teenage characters I'm afraid sexualising prepubescents isn't on. For this reason I don't watch it anymore.
